I ordered what I thought was from…
I ordered what I thought was from Debenhams but got delivered from Cotton Traders. When I tried to return the items for another size even after I called help line I received no help. I have now repacked the items and sent them back at my expense and hope that I will receive my refund. If I bought from Debenhams how come I had no way of returning it to them?

This Company is the example of getting it right, they have a high street presence as well as being online and this inclusivity goes on with sizing/product variety /ways to receive orders. Staff in my local store are always friendly and welcoming and will offer advice if you want it. I would recommend Cotton Traders to anyone without hesitation, they offer a quality product for a fair price and no hassle if you need to return anything (as good as M&S),

I’m too small.
The clothes I ordered came swiftly and as i requested. Quality was good but as I am under 5 foot the shape was all wrong for me. Sadly I had to return them.

I think the quality and range of clothing from Cotton Traders is excellent. I don't buy clothing anywhere else. I was very happy with the Harrington Jacket I bought recently. It was a perfect fit and comfortable to wear. Ordering is easy and delivery prompt. Ideal for me.

Excellent service
I had ordered a larger size in this item but it was too big. A quick phone call and a replacement order was on its way and I received instructions on how to return and get a refund. Very pleasant young lady. The shirts are of very good quality and good value for money. Replacement shirts arrived very quickly. Just awaiting for refund now.
