The stuff is good but why do they not sell the cuffed tracksuit bottoms in the shop only the straight leg so you have to order them on line
They could do both in the shop as sometimes you want to try things on.

The contents of the parcel which I was received was not for me even though it was addressed to me. I live in N Ireland. This parcel was for someone in England.
The parcel was returned last week. I have.received no more communication since.

Always great quality from this company. On the rare occasion I have made a return it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The lady in the Lechlade store is exceptional, she is pleasant on the phone, so helpful and meeting her in the store was pleasure. She dealt with my returns and new purchases in a friendly efficient manner and even remembered me phoning about the elusive red cable knit cardigan ( still searching!) She is an excellent ambassador for the brand.

I am giving this 5 stars because your clothing and shoes etc are always good value. However I have not yet opened the goods because I bought them for a birthday present for someone else.
I hope they fit and are satisfactory

It wasn't until the item arrived that I realized I had ordered the wrong size trainers for my wife, (must wear my glasses when ordering things). We took these back to the Cotton Traders within the Hillier's Garden Centre at Letchlade. The staff there were excellent. We found the procedure so easy and light hearted that it was almost the highlight of our day. I was also impressed with the range of stock at that branch.

Great service, I pre-ordered on a new seasonal pair of boots, was updated regularly on the delivery, collected in a store close to me. All very easy from online shop to collection.
I cannot wait to try out my boots in the colder months. They feel so warm and cosy, had great reviews on how sturdy they are.

The items I have ordered have all been a funny shape. Tight round the tummy and massive around the breasts. I am.iverweight but not all overweight people have huge breasts!

I enjoy shopping on line and in store with Cotton Traders. The ranges are not only fashionable and up to date but you get a useful and well sorced sizing offering. Some of the incentives too purchase are of interest when you receive them. Pity the wine voucher for Virgin did not work and nor did I receive the birthday surprise on my last order. You need to to sort this sort of thing out
