I ordered three items(1/2 rib Top…
I ordered three items(1/2 rib Top Jacket, Heritage Rugby and Summer Chino) on 9 Mar. The delivery arrived today, but only two items were included. Both the receipt and the confirmation email state that all three items were delivered.
This was my first time ordering online, and I am really disappointed with the experience.

On reviewing your order, I can see that when you placed the order the summer chino’s will have shown a due in date of 7-14 days and I apologise is this was not made clear when placing your order. The chinos are due in to are warehouse on the 19/03/26 and after allowing for quality controls check will then be dispatched to you and delivered within 3 working days. If you no longer wish to wait for this item please can you either email us at customerservice@cottontraders.com or call our friendly Customer Care team on 0161 286 4321 who will be happy to help.

Having broken my arm
Having broken my arm, I purchased quite a lot of items from Cotton traders and walked to the store to try things on. The ladies there were wonderful as I was really struggling but they helped me and even offered to drop my purchases off at my house which was so much appreciated so a huge thankyou to them!

Easy returns at shop even when bought online
I had to return item bought online. I took it to your shop and they dealt with it. No problem. Very easy.

Returning an item
I had to return a pair of trousers as they were the wrong size - my error. The member of staff sorted out the return and also ordered the correct size for me to collect at the store. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. A pleasant shopping experience.
