Although this time I had to return the garment I bought on line, as it wasn’t just what I was needing at present. I was dealt with helpfully and respectfully in my nearest CT shop.

Quality products ordered for collection at our local store. Great customer service as always. We also bought 3 extra polo shirts whilst there.

Visiting Scarborough from Sheffield I was pleased to see a Cotton Traders. I only had a short time and Paul and Gareth were very helpful and friendly. If I lived in Scarborough I would be a regular visitor. The store was well organised and attractive.

We were visiting family in Scarborough and wandered into the store. I left with quite a few things and loved everything I got (having never shopped at a Cotton Traders before!). The manager Paul was really lovely, the customer service is worthy of 5 stars :)
