The quality is good , easy to order on line and returns are easy if and when necessary.
Staff in the shops I have visited are always extremely helpful especially in Trowbridge and Dobbie's (off the A419)

Recognised and welcomed as a returning customer when visiting the Trowbridge store - made me feel great. Good quality at good pricing but just wish you did more of your trousers in 33” length and shoes in size 9. Lots of women are now 5’ 10” and above, every one caters for the ‘petites’ but us tall girls need good fitting stylish clothes too.

Lovely store with nice light and airy feel and great range of clothes. Staff extremely helpful and friendly without being ‘in your face’, especially Sarah and Riley. Great addition to the garden centre.

Items ordered, excellent price with the added advantage of a freebie.
Used click and collect, which takes a few days but wasn't in a hurry.
Items were as ordered and more importantly fitted me.
Will continue to shoo with them

My friend and I went to Trowbridge Cotton Traders today as there was an event running and we wanted to do an in-store order too.
The staff were brilliant but the order procedure on the laptop was NOT. The member of staff serving me struggled for ages to put the order through; computer said 'no'. Finally Sarah managed to sort it but even she had real problems. However, it took ages which was very annoying. The shop was especially busy though, probably due to the lovely weather and the event. The problem with my order caused staff to have to concentrate on this rather than other customers. They managed exceptionally well; so unflustered and professional.
I give 5 stars to the staff but only 1 for the order process; it definitely needs sorting out.

Excellent customer service. Very good quality clothing and footwear. Clean,tidy and very well laid out store. Will definitely return. Thank you.

The Manageress instore at Trowbridge processed my refund efficiently and without quibble.

I am a large person and I can always find cloths that fit me without having to compromise on qualit.

I ordered for 2 lengths of the trousers to be delivered to the Trowbridge store.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried on the trousers in the fitting room. One pair was fine.

A very pleasant staff member completed the return of the other pair of trousers for me.

Ordered gilet via outlet at my local garden centre. The lady was most helpful and the parcel arrived just 3 days later. Excellent service all round and I am delighted with the gilet which is well made and reversible too.

Good quality clothing, nice comfortable fitting and some nice designs. Used to visit cotton traders in Wilton and Swindon years ago before their trading hiccup. It was a pleasant surprise when we were informed that a new branch was opening in Trowbridge within the Trowbridge garden centre. That's a nice meal in the restaurant followed by a browse through CT. Must mention the very friendly and efficient staff , particularly Sarah the manageress, a very nice lady to deal with.Well Done

After my ‘dispatched’ email I didn’t hear from the store or cotton traders for pickup. No email sent but 2 visits and 1 phone call to store before being able to collect my order. Order placed 16th October and available for pickup on 28th October. Staff friendly though!
