Awful. I ordered an Advent Nativity Set. I zoomed in on each photo on the website, and determined that the structure and figures were made of wood and hand-painted (too bad I cannot include photo with the review). The product took 6 weeks to arrive, arrived damaged, and the entire thing is made of PAPER… like card stock. Not even cardboard. FLIMSY card stock, that is printed to look like wood. The figures are made of some soft plastic-y material. What appears on the website is not at all what was shipped. I did not make a wrong assumption in that I was receiving, I was deceived. Absolutely terrible. I’m still waiting to see what support says. I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this website at all. What is pictured on the website is not the product that they are mailing to you.

I only gave one star because there was no option to give none. The mobile phone holder is not fit for purpose. It is not strong enough to hold my iPhone because the arm can't be tightened enough to provide the required tension. They refused to acknowledge the problem or to give a refund.

Deal with another company.
They're courteous, but they do want to refund you. You pay for shipping and when they tell you their refund policy,after they insist on sending after cancelation, it's at your expense...

Terrible cheap bag. It took nearly 4 weeks to deliver to Australia. I ordered leopard and recieved a plain brown. The bag is nothing like advertised. The free scarf is so ugly it's going straight on the bin. It's coming straight out if China and no company ID on anything so contacting them is impossible.

This is a dreadful organisation. Am not even convinced that it is legitimate. They have taken money from my account for hidden shipping charges.
I have not even received the items.
They will not respond meaningfully to my complaint
If I don’t hear from them positively soon, I will report the monies taken from my a count as fraud.

I ordered the 5 in 1 drum chopper and received such a different version of what was posted. It was such cheap quality I was scared to use it. I requested a refund and to send it back and their response was that it would be very expensive for me to return it so they offered me a $2 credit. Do not trust anything they sell. They do not stand behind their product or sell quality products.

I ordered the 5 in on chopper and got a dollar store counter top drum grater that literally fell apart while grading a carrot. Not at all what I ordered, and now after sending several photos to prove what I ordered and what I got they seem to be ignoring me. Save your money and order it or anything you want from somewhere else. Please honor your commercial and send me what I ordered or my money back

I placed an order of six embroidery kits in January and never got them, but they claim that it was delivered. They gave me multiple tracking numbers and claimed it was delivered on January 30 but on January 31 I had received an email from them telling me that the items were in Cleveland Ohio (I am in PA). Not sure how they were delivered the previous day then. This site is a scam, and I am out 80 bucks

Love the versatility from work bag to weekend bag . Very sturdy well made .

I wear these daily for 10 hour shifts. Very comfortable and supportive. The keep my feet dry in the rain and I anticipate they will work well going in to colder weather.

I'm so happy with the fabric, fit and color of this t shirt. It's perfectly made, cool to wear and drapes softly. I washed and hung it to dry..quickly I might add. Will order more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
