God this site is awful, pop ups, pop downs... every single time you click on something 60% of the page is blocked by something you have to click on to see the house advert, it's the least user friendly site I've ever used, search options are awful, not nearly detailed enough, no wonder people opt to pay for other house swapping services

I'm leaving one star as you can't leave zero.
It's bad and very odd I have received no exchange interest at all but also received no response from any of the messages I've sent to other tenants At all.
I believe this maybe a scam and if not it's a rip-off. Avoid this site

Have to agree with all the other reviews. This site feels like someone’s bank account under a fake name.. You pay a lifetime subscription or what fee term is on offer and never receive any support or exchange interest which is very odd. Placing photos is a nightmare and constantly changing passwords as it’s not recognised, this too concerns me. I’ve been a member for 5 years only because I had forgotten due to the silence re this exchange site. I’ve got a lovely cottage on other exchange sites besides this one and receive at least 12 per month with no issues.

Save your £ and stay clear and use your own council website or gumtree home swap which are free and genuine if you are a serious about swapping! If you do not heed the above advice you will be lucky if you receive 1 msg in your inbox!!!

Absolute rubbish. Don't even bother. You can't even set up account and there is no team or people you can talk too. Its been set up and then abandoned so don't bother with these people

Just don’t even bother. Impossible to setup account, then I did a review search & found nothing but terrible reviews.

Site does not accept my password. Requested new password 9 time both on the site and via email. No responce at all. I only gave a rating of 1 because I could not put a 0

This is a total scam website and false company. If you have paid them any money. Contact pay pal for full refund. Unsubscribe or avoid completely. They have been reported as a fake set up

I actually forgot about this site - never had emails or updates regarding swapping/matches for my home...until i saw my bank statement and noticed £13.99 (or around that) had been automatically deducted! Shocking website. I think its a scam to be honest. The main people who run it are SS Network Ltd and there website is littered with spelling mistakes!! UNSUSCRIBE!

The above star is only there so I can review. This site is appalling. Made my subscription (lifelong) and made my advert. Could Not find the icon to add photos so had to advertise without. I cannot find my ad AT ALL. All swaps are completely random geographically, only seem, mostly town to town or same town. No search by counties and MOST OF ALL, MY ADVERT IS NOT TO BE SEEN. Is this council run or independent? Impossible to get help or advice. My joining is only a week old and am very, very ANNOYED

This is a really bad site. Finding a match is impossible due to the extremely poor search finder... absolutely dreadful...

There are a lot of fake ads on this site that make it look like its got a lot of folk looking for a swap. Give away is most of the ads have no pictures which just doesn't stack up in comparison to other swap sites. Save your money do your research and look for genuine sites. Its more than a name
