Badly packed
Ordered Monday, packed & allegedly despatched Tuesday on 48hr service - received Saturday, insufficiently packaged which tore open in transit, packed in secure poly bag by Royal Mail consequently delayed in transit. Poor service. Unfortunately Countax tractor spares response is misleading as the package was insufficient for its contents; the Jiffy bag used wasn’t tough enough for the products ordered.

Non existent customer service
Great spares and they arrived quickly.
But one of the parts had the correct number but was the wrong part.
No number to call, only email.
No response to email ticket raised.
So customer service is problematic.
I raised a support ticket 00041054 and got no reply, replied to the ticket asking for an update, but got nothing. Unfortunately no phone number only the contact form.
The part was a scraper wire, the supplied part had the correct number but was much longer than the specification.
