Crooks.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 cat bowls in November. Took my money. No bowls. No response. I have now emailed them saying I am going to report them to Trading Standards, take legal action and also contact the Daily Mail.

They don't even deserve a 1 star review. More like -10!!!

I ordered just one solar motion light and received an enthusiastic email from them. Six weeks later, the item has not been delivered. Their responses to my emails go nowhere, and when I click on links for help, it takes me to a shopping page. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought 2 Guardian Torch solar lights-they were nowhere near like the ad brags.I asked several times over a month for a refund with nothing but automated responses.Here is there guarantee--WHAT A JOKE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sadly none of the previous reviews were on here when I placed my order with them. Ordered in October and still haven’t arrived. They fail to respond to emails and when you try and track your order it takes you to a page selling hex lights. I paid through Amazon pay and have reported this company to them. Disgraceful behaviour and annoyed because I had to give them a star. They don’t even deserve a star.

I bought 10, and 2 didn't work. After emailing Customer Support and receiving an automated response, I never was able to get in touch with a real person. No one has contacted me even after several emails.
It's a cool product, but lacks in quality and support.

Glad i paid with Paypal and managed to get my money back from these scammers. Didn't send my order, never responded to emails etc but looks like everybody in the same boat. One thing i won't be doing is buying from hexlightsco.com where you are diverted to

The only reason I gave a 1 star was that I couldn't leave a review until I gave it at least 1 but really it's a -1.Just like everyone else I was scammed too. I have contacted Paypal for a refund. Since I've done this Coupana has sent me a text saying " Where have you been"? And trying to get me to buy something else I'll never receive. When I click on the track my package it takes me to site to buy Tiles. Don't even consider buying anything from these scammers.

My order arrived and was exactly what was described. The only reason it’s getting four stars instead of five stars is that I was not given any indication that my purchase was being shipped directly to me from overseas, which naturally caused it to take longer to be delivered than if it were to be sent to me domestically. Additionally, the email-only option for requests customer service as to when I’d get delivery was also lacking. But, it was exactly what was advertised, I did get it (in about a month) and the price was great. So.....it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me. In fact, I’m about to order another one as a gift.

TOTAL SCAM!!! ORDERED CAT DISHES ON 29 OCT AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM! Numerous emails sent and I always received same canned response, now website doesn’t exist!! I’m out $24 but I hope the scammers will be caught & justice served!!!

I made a purchase from this company almost a month ago and I have not received my product, I contacted my bank to make a complaint about this online company and they suggested that I call the company first in which I made the call to the phone number my bank gave me and apparently it is not a working number, when I called the number, a voice message comes on and it says that if you're trying to contact Coupana, the person recorded saying that its a residence phone number and also says not to call that number again.

This makes me very upset and should've not trusted any online company advertising merchandise for sale at very low prices, this company will get in a lot of trouble with the law, banks have a way of doing investigations with the authorities and most likely with the FBI.

I should've looked up reviews on this stupid company before purchasing things online before making a decision in who to trust, never again will I buy anything from unknown companies...unfortunately, there's a lot of scammers and a lot us fall in their traps...I really hope that the police and or FBI finds them and put them where they belong.

This company doesn't even deserve any star* rating because they most likely don't even exist. I truly hate companies that take advantage of all of us who believe in them, this makes me very angry and wish I could do something to stop them from scamming people anymore!

Ordered the hexagon lights which you tap to come on. It worked only once. Useless Products. I have been sending them emails for a refund but no reply. Please don't waste your time and money with this company. They are frauds

ZERO stars!! No product received, no reply to 3 inquiries ordered a month ago and now can't access order info or tracking info. They need to be charged with fraud
