Ordered a costume, they took my money and never sent me my order. I called several times, left messages and no one called me back. I e-mailed and got no response! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

We ordered costumes from here, there is no one monitoring the orders, your money will sit pending with no response from the company and you will have to wait 30 days to stop the payment!!!

Buyer beware!!!
Like the other reviewer, I also have not been able to contact them through many attempts. I made an order and it's been 12 days now without ANY response, other than a first order confirmation. My order was over $200 (for two costumes) and Being from Canada I had to pay the taxes and duties for items which there site says I might not be refunded for. Even though I haven't even received anything yet. My next step is to contact PayPal also. I should have ordered through Buy costumes.

No service!
I ordered a costume from this site paying extra for within 2 day delivery. About a week later I still hadn't received the costume, so I e-mailed them. I then posted a support ticket on their website, and tried calling the number I found on their website. The number didn't work, and no responses were received to my e-mail and support ticket.
Eventually I ordered elsewhere and e-mailed them to refund me the money. They still didn't respond. So I lodged a complaint by Paypal. They haven't responded to Paypal and have 2 days left till I automatically receive a refund (that means about 3 weeks have passed since I ordered the costume!), and no response whatsoever. No success in reaching them by phone.
Avoid at all costs! Not worth the hassle!

Best selection and best prices I've found! Totally rocked that we got a discount because we bought the costume together...just wished they had costumes for our kids. That would be my only suggestion.
