I was worried at first that I had fallen for a scam, but then I received my Cadbury gift box and it was amazing! I have since received my Burt's Bees Essential kit and I have to say it is fantastic and I received it so quickly!! Even sooner than what was estimated! So far, the products that I have received have been top-notch!

Burts Bees
I was very happy with the Burt's Bees Essential kit that was delivered last Friday. Dana followed up with an email today asking if I'd received it which was great.
I also have to say I had a very speedy reply when I asked why I hadn't received my initial package.
The only reason I rated you four stars and not five is that the initial sign up process with the address verification which then caused a big delay in receiving my initial coupon was awful. I was fairly convinced you were a scam that I had fallen for. It would be great if you could reduce the delays and somehow speed up the initial setup. As I said, your customer service responded quickly at that time and I appreciated it.

I was so happy when I received my first package in the mail. I raced home so I could check it out and it was a box of chocolate bars. Yum, yum! Thank you! I have to say a big Thank You! to Jonathan for keeping me updated on my status and letting me know how long it would take to receive it. Jonathan was very educated in the business and was always there if/when I had questions or concerns. He was great and so were the chocolate bars! Thanks again Jonathan!
Best of luck!

Hello Michaela,
CouponPilots does not charge twice for no reason at all.
The only reason why this isolated incident happened is because you did sign up twice. As a reminder, the terms and conditions of use of our service clearly state that only 1 account per individual is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden.
To address this accordingly, I invite you to get in touch with us at support@couponpilots.com. We will resolve this the best way we can.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

In love with this service
In love with this service! It is so worth 9.99 a month!
I saw they had the body shop skin care kit and I claimed it but I received an email I believe an hour or so after, stating that they were sold out! They offered a replacement and sent me a Burt's Bees kit instead! I am excited to receive it!
The customer service is amazing!

I have only positive things to say so …
I have only positive things to say so far. I filled out the info for a free reeces chocolate box. Paid my 99 cent shipping fee. Had to wait to have a paper mailed to me to verify my address, which made me skeptical but it did arrive! Now waiting to receive my box. Anytime I have contacted them I received a prompt reply. Signed up but didn't realize there was a monthly fee of 9.99 and when I questioned it, they answered immediately with an explanation and offer of refund. Can't ask for much more.

I ordered a reeses box that I was under the understanding it was 99 cents.
Only to get a random unauthorized charge of $9.95 after the initial 99 cents was taken. Still have not received anything or heard a response back from them!
No too happy right now!!
