No returns procedure

I have received my order but the sizing is totally out, I have emailed six times asking for their returns address and I haven’t received it from them. Couros customer service is dreadful and their shoes are useless and not worth a penny, please read this before you give another overseas company your hard worked cash!

Very poor service

Definitely not worth the money

So where do I begin,
I bought a pair of sandals from couro & I am very disappointed by the quality of workmanship & material.
There is leather varnish staining all in the inside of the leather trims & insole.
There is compression damage to the bottom sole of one of the sandals.
The box says Couro but the sandals are stamped with a different brand MARC & JASON London.
I guess this manufacturer makes shoes & sandals for many other so called brands & by mistake sent me not the Couro ones.
The sandals came straight from Lahore Pakistan as evident by the courier tracking.
It seems to me that as soon as you place your order through the website it is then sent to the manufacturers in lahore Pakistan & they rush through making your shoes/sandals & make very amateur mistakes. The smell of varnish fills the room, Very strong.
Remember you are paying £150 for a pair of sandals.

A tight fit!

Beautiful looking pair of shoes received (Style: Miller) but my goodness are they ever tight across the bridge of the foot. Even using a shoehorn they are difficult to put on and I've ordered the same size I would order anywhere else.

My advice, be prepared to take some time to wear these in to allow them to loosen up before stepping out.

I must admit, I can't help but think the design sizing is slightly off here since I've only ever had this problem with shoes of a smaller length. The length of the pair I have is fine but the width across the bridge needs to be revised - I can't be the only one who has experienced this.

The products are absolutely amazing

The products are absolutely amazing, perfect quality leather and extremely confortable. But that s not the only thing that will make me purchase more products from Couro. The customer service was absolutely faultless. I had to exchange some sandals to a different size and the whole process was straight and forward and got really great instructions from Couro help chat. Then the jacket had a small defect, mentioned it to them and the fact that Ill be going on holiday so I would need it replaced asap. Guess what, they told me, IT WILL BE SOLVED TODAY! I was told someone would come to deliver the new jacket the same evening. At 21:00 the delivery guy came with my new jacket and guess what?! He was not the delivery driver, he was the actual owner. He took time of his own schedule to come and give me my jacket. That s what I call * going the extra mile * . For this, a massive congratulations, you won yourself a long time customer.

Recently bought a pair of boots from Couro for my husband, and I have to say the quality is amazing. Checking out was simple, and my order arrived on time. Needless to say, my husband loved the present and I'll definitely be shopping at Couro again. Highly recommended!

Latest update John g on the boots I ordered…

Latest update on the boots I ordered from COURO, they sent me a video of them opening up the parcel to find only a women’s Zara Jumper inside according to them . Which is totally untrue. I definitely return them to COURO what I thought was COURO. The boots were returned to Marc and Jason in Chippenham SL1 6JJ apparently they are a sister company. I cannot stress enough that buying from this company would be a very bad mistake. The customer is the only one who looses out . Please take notice of the reviews and don’t buy from them.they will go to any lengths to keep your money. Shameful way to trade.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely disgusting experience!

Shoes purchased for a wedding. Tried them on, on carpet for no more than 30 seconds, they were the wrong colour so decided to return.
Contacted to find out how to return as there were no instructions and no one responded to me contacting them for 7 days.
Found a phone number on a dormant Facebook page which was Asad the owner. Messaged him and a label was sent. Sent the shoes back in absolutely perfect condition.
Received photos saying they would not be refunding due to scoring and marks on the shoes!! Someone at this business DELIBERATELY marked the shoes and said for this reason a refund was refused!!!!! Absolutely cannot believe a business would do this! What a scam!! Have reported to Trading Standards also!!!
