Wrong email - great customer service
I mistakenly put the wrong email in to access course content. The customer service advisor, Matthew was very helpful and understanding & was able to send the details to the correct email. I haven't tried the course yet but very happy with the customer service already. Thank you

easy course to understand
easy course to understand, i liked the length of time they gave you to complete the course so you can fit it in to your daily life, i would recommend coursegate to friends and family, the courses are reasonably priced, coursegate are also there for you if you have any problems

I have completed the level 2 light…
I have completed the level 2 light vehicle maintenance and found it very easy to understand, well explained and the topics covered, helped me a lot. I often work on my projects and the course helped me understand better what goes wrong and why instead of pouring parts into it.
Overall amazing experience, I am already taking part into level 3 and will see what else is s there. Highly recommend

Horticulture Level 3
Got a the course for 9.99 with a wowcher, not sure i would have paid £175 for it! The content of the level 3 horticulture course was ok. An awful lot of reading, no interaction or videos. I mock multiple choice test at the end with a final one to take after. You get 1 go at the final test or pay £3.99 for each try after. To get a certificate you have to pay £19.99 for a pdf or more if you want a paper copy. Had trouble getting my pdf certificate but by using the online chat, Matthew was very helpful in sorting it out and sent it to me straight away and waited to make sure i received it.

Great Customer Service
It is very simple to set up an account, and there are plenty course add ons if you want to continue to extend your learning. I had a little trouble finding my course, however Matthew from customer service was extremely efficient and gave clear instructions when handling my query via the live web chat channel.

Theory course only
Easy to understand course materials. Unfortunately let down by not having a practical element to allow you to see more easily what to do and (importantly!) what not to do. Also, pushing people into thinking they need to purchase a certificate in order to "finish" the course (which gives a free e-certificate) and literally having "order your certificate" as a module is not a good look.

Useful and responsive team
It’s alright. Course I chose has lots of spelling mistakes. Certificate is more expensive than the course. So I chose to do lifetime membership where I get pdf certificates and courses as part of it. Been 2 days, not shown up on my account. Got email verification that I have bought it, and it is on my orders. Been trying to call them for the past 2 days, no answer eveytime. They have emailed me saying my request has been recieved - guess it’s a waiting game. Once they fix this issue, I’d say it’s alright. For now, I don’t know if this issue will be solved. Fingers crossed it does.
2 stars because of this situation
Edit: They have contacted me, everything is working now. Technical difficulties on their side with the website. Completely understandable. I am happy now and looking forward to use this company more

This company is very shady..
This company is very shady... lured in by seemingly good deals on courses, only to find course material isn't specific to this country (UK) and actually uses references from the USA.
The questions in the final exam are dubious and often missing key information. This then fails you and would you believe it, you have to pay for a retest there and then. Also, if you want any form of certification, you have to pay for this as well. Be warned though, as this certificate isn't worth the paper it is written on and will not be any good as an example of competence.
Use with care, do not believe you are gaining any sort of recognised qualification.

Great course, but....
The course was complete and full on, although I did feel cheated. It is not very obvious the course was time sensitive, things dont work properly, sometimes my course was not opening, page was not loading and that was quite frustrating. There were web issues. The exam itself had spelling mistakes, not sure everything was very cleared on what was asked. Cant believe the certificate itself was more expensive than the course!!!
