I used to have such a great experience with Siobhan. She was truly amazing and helped provide so much value. But recently I've been getting zero response. I paid for a meeting and for her time to make some changes to some of my kit automations as agreed. I had an email in November asking to bear with her and that they were being done and I've heard nothing since after sending a further 4 emails. So sad as she was amazing but I'm guessing maybe she doesn't have time for some of her clients at the moment. If you manage to get her she is amazing. But if she doesn't respond it leaves you in an awkward position like I am now. I have made a claim to my credit card to try and get my money back. Fingers crossed.

Such a smooth process, attention to detail, great communication. And the result is superb. I think my sales page looks amazing.

I wish I could give Siobhan 6 stars. The course was up within a week of handing over the materials. So much care was taken to make everything look slick and appealing. I could not imagine anyone else doing as good a job. Extremely good value for money too!

The pro that I worked with made Teachable feel less overwhelming, easier to navigate, and like I could do things on my own. She was patient, kind, funny, and helped me more in a 90-minute session than I could have hoped for!

Siobhan had excellent knowledge and answered me very quickly, so no time wasted as I had only booked 30 minutes. She answered all my questions and I learnt a lot from her in that short time.

I was so close to publishing my course but had about 5 or 6 sticky points that I could not resolve myself and felt stuck (and frustrated). The session with Siobhan started on time (but I had some Zoom issues on my side). I got all of my current questions answered and processes explained so they made sense, and I was able to bank the unused 45 minutes for a future session. Win-Win-Win. I would use you again in a flash as soon as I felt stuck. I was up against a brick wall, and reading (and re-reading) the printed instructions just didn't work. Siobhan carefully knocked down the wall so I could move forward with publishing my course. Scheduling a session, the cost for the session, and being able to have someone respond directly to my issues were invaluable. No more sitting with an issue unresolved and frustrated because I cannot understand or fix it.

Siobhán James was the person who helped me with my Teachable course questions. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with their Teachable courses.

After we struggled for hours to get our school set up properly, we discovered that expert help was available at a very reasonable fee.
