I paid the $25 for the month. I was assured that they do not have any upsells. But thats not true. I could see information, but was asked to $5 for a premium report. Plus I searched myself, and although it did provide some accurate info it also provided inaccurate info. So I would just not bother with this one, and if you do, just keep in mind, in no way should you think of this as facts.
Im happy to report that I was contacted by this company and they did issue a full refund. I did receive that refund. They also confirmed that even when you are a member, there are still fees to pay for certain reports, as well as apologized to me for the miscommunication. Of course I'm happier about it because I no longer feel cheated. It's too bad that the information isn't more reliable. They did explain how all the info is just collected from publicly available info, so it's nothing that isn't readily available for free. But regardless the info they gave on me personally that wouldve come from the courthouse was not correct.

Didn’t really learn much from my search, and didn’t realize what it was going to cost. Did not intend to subscribe to anything.

While my first request did not correctly answer my question, the follow up was excellent. Thanks so much for the assistance.

There was cases that were already known to myself as well as arrests and none of it showed up. Then want market a “premium” upgrade when you couldn’t even provide what’s public already. Not good

Dexter my customer service rep was A1, but the report was not accurate at all. I tested it on myself before my real search and found no results when I know there are records of my background. Very disappointing!
