Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the size of your Gluggle Jug you purchased from us and sorry to hear you are not happy with the size.

We sell two sizes of these jugs and include the dimensions, capacity in litres and a scaled drawing of each jug on the product page to show the size comparisons as best we can.

We will look at the product page again to see if we could have been clearer.

You are welcome to return this items for a full refund or exchange for the larger size. Please feel free to contact our customer service team.

I hope you are well and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As we have explained on our other review platforms including Trustpilot recently and by email to you, the wallpaper you bought from us comes directly from the manufacturer, Cole & Son.

The wallpapers are numbered in batches to maintain consistency within each batch. Slight colour variations between batches are common and to ensure a good match we recommend purchasing all rolls from the same batch. In this instance, as you purchased one roll from John Lewis and another from us, it's likely they came from different batches. As previously explained, we sadly cannot guarantee an exact colour match in such cases.

We would always advise a customer to ask us prior to purchase if we can source the same batch and then always check the wallpaper by eye before pasting it to the wall, just to be sure! 

Had there been an issue, we would have happily issued a full refund in line with our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, since the roll had already been applied to the wall prior to reaching out, a refund was sadly not possible.

Courthouse Interiors is happy to engage constructively with our customers regarding any issues or faults with their orders however we also have a duty of care to our staff who who have the right to be treated with respect by email or on our online chat.

We really are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service you received from us, and we are sorry we cannot be of further assistance on this occasion.

Hi Ashley,

I hope you are well and sorry to see you've had a negative experience shopping with us. Regarding your curtains, we are aware that one was missed out of your delivery and we are afraid this was down to human error. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this will have caused you.

As these curtains are all handmade to order in the UK, we do state on our website that they take a 14-working days to make, this is a rough indication and we do occasionally go over this estimation by a day or two, particularly if our curtain maker has received a lot of orders. Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused as we can see in this case the curtains took slightly longer to be made up than originally communicated to you.

With regards to the return of these items, unfortunately, as a small independent business, we don't offer free returns at this moment in time, especially for international orders as this would be financially unviable for us. However, we have taken all of your feedback on board and will look at how we can provide our customers with a better experience moving forward.
