I have deleted my previous review, for which I gave 1 star as the items hadn’t arrived. They have since been delivered and I have had a very full apology and explanation for the delay. The candles I bought are wonderful and I would fully recommend them. Although expensive, they smell divine and last for hours.

If I could give more stars, I would. They deserve 5+ stars for their beautiful products that are hard to find, competitively priced, with superior customer service.
I purchased this large, beautiful, and heavy mirror; I was nervous about shipping overseas to the US. After some correspondence with Courthouse, who assured me my mirror will be securely packed, I waited patiently. When the mirror arrived, I was astonished and verkempt. The mirror is a stunning and beautiful work of art! Beyond that, they took immense care to painstakingly package the mirror so that it arrived in superior piece. It was wrapped and sealed and wrapped in hard shell, and wrapped some more.
I was thoroughly impressed with the entire purchasing process, from the ease of sale to the very kind and super fast response rate. Shipping was way less expensive than I expected.
Courthouse went above and beyond my expectations.

Nice enough curtains, look stylish. Not great quality for the price, as quite thin and one twisted seam.
They look black and cream/ off white in the picture but are more like taupe and black.

I ordered an item of furniture on 07/09/24. Heard on 30/9 that the item had arrived damaged, and another one would have to be ordered. Fair enough - stuff happens.
Fast forward to 29/10. Item was delivered to me incomplete and totally unusable.
Contacted customer service (again) and was later advised that Kartell had dispatched the missing pieces on 04/11.
Over 11 weeks from the initial date and I still haven't received the full order. No offer of any compensation, and I'm constantly having to chase for answers.

Edit: 13/12 Still waiting for missing parts…

Bought some super duper garden furniture from this lot. They have very niche brands that make very high end long lasting fab products.

A very helpful company. I needed them to send my order at a specific time and they were really flexible. Very good at keeping me updated too.
My parcel was fragile and I must complement them on their protective packaging.

I have ordered fatboy floatz. Although the goods were sent late it was not Courthouseinteriors fault. I got honest and rapid response from customers service and all in all I am pleased with the company.

Excellent value, swift delivery, and because the items were fragile, great care had been taken to make sure both of them were securely wrapped and protected from bumps and potential breakage. So glad I came across this site as there are many beautiful and quirky items. Wish I lived nearer the shop (although that might be fatal for my bank balance!)
