Excellent service and engagement. Brilliant!
From the moment we enquired about renting our house out, Rob, Freddie, Natasha, Mandy, Bradley and the team have been excellent, very helpful and above all - proactive and reassuring….
They advised us fully along the whole process. From the ‘short window’ of the house being ready and a tenancy needing to be agreed/signed, they prioritised us and expedited everything. From advising on house renovations, compliance certificates, utilities and furniture - they were great.
Their contract, inventory and payment process was worry free and straightforward.
Everything question we had they answered ‘by return’ - whether we were at work full time or out of the country.
Any queries we have had subsequently they have resolved immediately - worry free.
We have experience of renting property and Courtney Green give an absolutely PREMIUM service.
The things that set them apart are their teamwork, communication and their fun/enthusiasm.
Their work ethic is first class.

Saw a property I liked on Rightmove and put an offer at asking price without viewing the property.

The landlord “never” got back to them. Coincidentally they have a viewing 10 days after my offer and the landlord responded immediately taking another offer.

General business advice - if the landlord is looking to rent at a specific price or is looking for a mini bidding war. Let the prospective tenant know. This way everyone is happy.

Disappointed and truly a waste of time.

Called the Horsham branch of Courtney Green a month ago about renting a property that was on Rightmove they tell me that they will get back to me , never did, 2 days ago the property is back on Rightmove with the price reduced. I wonder if the landlord knows that someone was interested in the property at the original price! We are not English so I think that it could be a case of ''tell me you are racist without telling me you are racist. So if you are immigrants don't even bother to call this agency!

I have been using Courtney Green for 25 years as letting agents for two properties. In a world where often service can be lacking and you often feel like people don’t really take pride in their work, I have never felt this about Courtney Green. The people they employ in Lettings have always gone over and above for me. Bradley and Karen deserve a special mention. I would not hesitate in recommending.

Absolutely shocking service , these people are not to be trusted

I had a representative visit a property I was selling a few months ago and still awaiting their appraisal. Another local agent marketed the property swiftly and it sold within 24 hours for full asking price when Courtney Green couldn’t even be bothered getting back to me after sending someone out to appraise the property.
Last weekend I found a house for sale with them, I completed an email form on rightmove to view last Monday. Still waiting! Looked on rightmove and under offer.
Not impressed with this company in the slightest, would not recommend and if anyone was selling a property through them it would now put me off buying a property through them as just sheer incompetence and lack of interest from them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them high enough. Theresa Rogers was incredible, she wasn’t just doing her job but was making us feel she was fighting our corner every step of the way. We were kept informed all the way and her responses were prompt, professional and caring. An absolute star!

This is the second time I have used Courtney Green and I'm so glad I did. They are friendly, efficient, proactive and human! The latter so important when one is going through a horribly stressful time. I recommend them highly and wish them success over their next 30 years!

Watch out if you’re thinking of renting a property that this company manages! Sadly the property management team of this company are terrible. Totally unreliable. We moved into our property over six months ago and we are still waiting for maintenance issues to be fixed. It seems as if they are playing us off our landlord which is a real shame as we are about to go and meet our landlord to explain just how bad this management company is.
