I happened to win a lot from this auction house on Drouot and the items arrived missing the most important part of the lot. Even though I emailed them several times, I have not received any response. Either they don't care about their customers or this is part of their business tactic. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with them. You'll definitely lose your money.
