I'd give less than 1 star if I could. Beyond horrible experience. I ordered a sweater and a trouser. While I got the trousers at a reasonable time, but it took 55 days to recieve the sweater.

And surprise surprise the sweater turned out to be Blue while I had ordered Grey! How does one mix these two contrasting colors is beyond me!. While the tailoring of the trousers was great, but the material of the cloth seemed super cheap and wouldn't last one wash! The trousers turned out one size too small but the return and replacement would have costed me $15 and leaving it on the universe to recieve the return with no certainty of dates.
They ended up re-imbursing only 20% of only of the item after multiple emails and repeated reminders(2 and half months after I placed the order).

Now I'm stuck with a trouser that doesn't fit me and a sweater in a color that I didn't want it the first place!
The date of placement of the order was 2nd March 2023! Trustpilot doesn't allow putting dates older than a year, hence had to put the earliest as it was a mandatory field!

Don’t buy.

If you buy, don’t bother returning it either.
Waste your money spending on posting it out, only for months of waiting and they end up rejecting it because they refuse to accept it.

This company is a scam. The sizing of the trousers is completely wrong. They sent me two pairs marked 33 waist at a cost of £76.50, which actually measure 31 inches and the only option to return offered was to send them by a recorded delivery to China, which would be cost prohibitive. Non-existent customer service.

Scammers never received my order still waiting 8 weeks later filth company

Item took over 30 days to arrive. Responses from the team are very slow and the reviews on their website appear to be fake. Items are shipped from China, so unless you want to wait over 30 days, I would avoid

This website is a total fraud paid for my purchase and still waiting to get the merchandise, now I need to get my credit card company involved . Do not make any business with this people they are crooks! Chinese crooks.

Appalling production quality coupled with a garment that looked like it had been picked up off the floor and flung in a bag.
Returns require postage to china at the recipient’s cost.

One star is too high. This is nothing short of an absolute scam. Really great looking website which pulls you in and they have their trust pilot reviews which, if you’ve come here, you’ll see they’re completely false. I ordered around the 27th of March and the website says it should take up to 8 days. So at the 8 days I checked the shipping and saw it was still on China. After 2 weeks I said I didn’t want them anymore and that I wanted a refund, somewhere between 2 and 3 weeks I’d sent about 10 emails to try and get information or my money back and after a month the trousers finally arrived, and when they did, oh boy was I even more disappointed. To say the quality is awful would be to give it praise, they felt pyjamas. Furthermore, absolutely zero information about materials used, cleaning, drying - nothing. Not even an invoice. Just a plastic bag inside some packaging. If I were you, I would avoid and report this website, it’s a joke and a scam. And the real cherry on top is that when I asked to return them they told me I’d have to pay for the shipping. Safe to say I cut my loses there and will likely burn them so at least they give me some warmth. Was this review too long? Maybe, but I am furious with this whole experience.

It’s a scam. You will never receive your purchased items.

Absolutely shocking. I asked to return the items. They came back and said I’ll need to pay the return fees or keep it and give back 10% of the cost.

I am happy to return it so I asked for the address and they’ve completely ghosted me. Disgrace.

Took 4 weeks to arrive, quality of shoes is incredibly poor, not real leather as advertised!

It took a long time for my delivery to arrive, but I knew it would because they ship all the way from China. The trousers look exactly the same in design as they do on the website, so that's a win. However, I am disappointed in the colour. On the website the trousers are a much darker brown. The quality of the material is not as good as I was expecting; it's rather thin, so these trousers will be good for summer but useless in the winter. As returns must be paid for by the customer, I won't be returning them (it would probably cost me more than they're worth). Whilst they're not a scam company they are misleading with how they present reviews for their site. You'll see various reviews of their products on the site with a star rating out of 5, but nowhere on the site can you leave a review. And the overall rating of 4.7/5 is clearly not representative of the Trust Pilot rating. I won't be buying from them again. I would rather pay twice the price for a garment of better quality.

Low quality products that are shipped from China. They make returning the products essentially impossible by saying the customer needs to pay return shipping and any customs charges. Scammy business, avoid.

21 days since my order nothing received and no tracking information. I paid for 3 items but they only communicate about two. Looks like a scam

Absolute scam. Appalling customer service that takes ages to reply. Provided tracking number that is invalid. No clear sight of whether the product is shipped. A contact number can be found through Amex transaction details but the point of contact is not helpful at all

Yeh it’s a scam, they don’t write back and haven’t updated my tracking nor posted a product… avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a couple of pairs of trousers (black Artisan and coffee Alpina) and some other bits for my partner, as the prices are reasonable. Arrived 7 days later. Perfect fit, lovely quality, and husband loves everything. Also looks super classy. Very happy!

FAKE! SCAM! On their online and social media platforms it screams about “Dont just trust them, trust their Trust Pilot reviews” so when searching for them they don’t have any and can not be found! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Their insta page is as fake as anything! Do not fall for it as their online shopping page can fool you into believing you are getting a bargain!!!
