I love that Coutureusa sells fashion brands that are affordable besides top design brands. Coach, Tory Burch, Rebecca Minkoff and Kate Spade are my favorite of the lower brands. Excellent customer service and they reply via email promptly, making you feel like they want your business and are willing to answer any questions. There was a mixup with my original order but they were able to compromise and in the end I ended up with a gorgeous, pre-loved LV. Their rating system is accurate from my experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for rare vintage and pre-loved luxury finds.
