I had a terrible experience with the…
I had a terrible experience with the N95 Covcare masks that I ordered in January. As I took one out of the box, the strap broke. Then I took a second one out, and the second strap broke. I have been emailing and calling them over the past month, to find out if they can send me a new batch since these were a bad batch, but they keep telling me they will get back to me with a resolution, and they never have. The first batch of N95s that I ordered last fall were fine, but these were defective and customer service has been very poor. I will now be looking for a new company to order from.

This CO provide great service and prices. I reach out to
Covcare back when you could not obtain face mask anywhere. These people had the mask and they did not try to rip me off.

It look a long time but the masks received were well worth the wait. Thank you!
Poor quality KN95 masks
Poor quality KN95 masks. The straps are too tight, they don't fit. They sent me the wrong masks, refused to send replacement. They said they send whatever is in stock. I thought the masks were made in the USA but the packaging says made in China. False advertising. Will never buy from them again.
I wish I could give this company zero stars
I wish I could give this company zero stars. I ordered what was advertised as an N95 mask, made in the USA. What I received was a mask with no N95 marking on the mask or the box. The Certificate of Conformity was written in Chinese, which is where these masks were made. I believe Covcare might have removed the Made in the USA from their advertisement. Of the pictures of the certifications sent, all were inChinese and none of these matched the certificate on my box of masks. Also, their advertisement says my masks are FDA approved, but there is no notice of FDA approval or N95 written on the box or masks. Also, my 10 day lead time was actually over 5-1/2 weeks. Had I known they were waiting to get them from China, I would have canceled immediately. These masks have a funny smell, and made my face break out. I feel scammed and got the old “bait and switch.” Their advertising is misleading. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
I purchased the masks on Jan 23
I purchased the masks on Jan 23. It says that it will be delivered within 14 days. It is March 5 and I have not received the masks yet. I called five times and every time I call, I was informed that the masks will be shipped in a week. I am trying to be patient but this company is lying. Very bad customer service.
If I could give this company a zero star, I will. Why do people take advantage of other people during the pandemic?
Horrible company
Horrible company. !!! Paid for expedited delivery and still took over a month to receive them. They are ver small and did not fit my head or anyone else in the family. When I contacted them I was told they had shipping delays. I should be patient. And that I received the standard size. — they said I could buy a different model for a discount.very shameful!!! I am an RN. Do. It but from this company!!!
DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES
DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES, overpriced, and underperforming. After weeks of being ignored by customer service, and waiting well beyond the estimated ship date, I wrote to cancel my order.
I explained that having had to wait too long, I found the product elsewhere at a much cheaper price. My shipment magically shipped out just 30 minutes after I wrote to cancel my order. Not surprisingly, there is no return or refund process. The shipping times are incredibly long past the estimated dates. Customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of and will do nothing to rectify the issues that they create. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Please save yourself a lot of time and…
Please save yourself a lot of time and aggravation, DO NOT ORDER FROM COV CARE. Ordered masks January 31. Today on March 2nd we still have nothing. You can pay plus 25% for expedited shipping, but that is just excessive. As of yesterday they were still promising them, but I called and canceled. COV CARE NO Way!!
I ordered my masks on January 29,2021…
I ordered my masks on January 29,2021 and have yet to receive them or to be notified that they were shipped. I inquired about this on February 15, and was informed they would be shipped soon. It is now March 2 and no masks or shipping date. I'm disappointed the company didn't at least let me know the masks would be delayed when I ordered.
Priority customer!
Ordered masks feb 5th, showed in stock, ships within 10 days. Feb 24 I inquired on status. Was told I am not a healthcare worker and my order isnt a priority but they ship orders within 10 days. I asked for a refund. They said they would prioritize order and get it out to me.
March 2nd i still have not gotten shipping confirmation. A month to get an in stock product out the door is embarrassing.
And the worst is i get bombarded woth email ads about how they have masks in stock and ship quickly.
False advertising of certified KN95 masks
Also ordered KN95 masks advertised as CE certified, that were clearly fake, as they had gaps around the face. When they arrived there was NO barcode, either on the box, or the mask. The company requested photos of masks and boxes, then responded they were correct and as ordered. I replied that CE certification requires track and trace ability, which requires bar codes, lot numbers, or the like. Never heard back.
Masks ordered Jan. 21, 2021 not arrived as of Feb. 24, 2021
I placed an order for masks on January 21, 2021. It is February 24, 2021 and I still do not have them. I have called and emailed the company and still have no masks. What is even more disturbing is that they continue to email me alerts that they have masks in stock for ordering. I had ordered from them previously and did not have issues. We use these for staff at our child development centers. It is wrong for them to advertise they have new masks in stock and then not to fill the orders they have.

I googled mask made in the USA and this was the first company to come up! I am so sick of being scammed by China and tech companies! Mask came and said made in China!!
If you’ve been scammed by Covcare
If you’ve been scammed by Covcare, report the company to the BBB. Also consider contacting local news and sharing your experience. Keep a detailed record of any and all correspondence with customer service and management at the company. That’s what I’m doing. If this company is knowingly trafficking counterfeit masks that put public health at risk it can be held accountable. This is unconscionable. Good luck and stay safe.
Why am I unable to give no stars
Why am I unable to give no stars? I concur with the other reviewers-this company is a complete scam. I purchased "3M" n 95 masks at over $6 each. The straps broke immediately on the first two I tried. I could could confirm that they were fakes bc they came in an unmarked bag. Talking with customer service was a complete joke. They pretended to be unable to understand the spelling of "charter.net", could not find my order, then told me to send pictures of the defective masks for a refund. Please do not believe the fake reviews they post and BEWARE!
I bought 10 N95 masks from CovCare
I bought 10 N95 masks from CovCare. After making a phone call to 3M. They told me the masks were counterfeit and could not be authenticated, they also priced gauged me. Refuses to give me a refund. I will be reporting this as fraud.
This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. Do not do business with them. My order was not complete and what we did get was defective. Contacted the company and got the complete run around. This company should not be allowed to do business
I have run into the same issue as…
I have run into the same issue as everyone else. Fake 3M 1860 N95 masks. The box says made in Singapore and there are no stamps on the bottom of the box to verify whether these are real.
COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks.
COV CARE Fake 3M Face Masks.
I just received my order for 3M NIOSH N95 Respirators from the COV.CARE website. Similar to the review done by jph on 02.11.21, I contacted the 3M company today and they stated that COVCARE and its parent company, Wooter Apparel Inc. are not authorized to sell 3M Masks and the LOT numbers that were printed on the Masks were counterfeit. Beware Consumer!
