I received great customer service as I was notified in a timely way that my order was delayed and followed up with notification once it shipped and my expectant day of arrival.

Customer service stepped in and send the right tint color without delay thanks I love how it feels on my face and right shade the first order were the wrong shade immediately sent the right shade thanks.

Picked it up randomly and it surprised me. It evens things out but still lets my skin show through, which I like. I don’t feel like I’m wearing makeup, more like skincare with a little boost. Also didn’t break me out so that’s a win

It took much longer than I thought to receive. However, I did receive regular emails with updates stating that it was taking longer.

The product is excellent! I have NEVER worn foundation on a regular basis and the only makeup I wore in my 20s was eyeliner and lipstick. To this day I only wear lip gloss and occasionally lip stick. I am in my 50s and I’ve only worn foundation 3x.

When I saw this product I figured i could give it a try because I DO remember how foundation evens out the skin. By the time the product arrived my skin tone was darker because I’ve been in the sun a lot. However, I tried it and it looks nice. I put just enough on to even out my skin, but NOT look like I had makeup on. It’s not greasy or shiny. No one even noticed I had the make up on. I purchased two sticks and they will probably last me several years because I won’t be wearing them daily.

This one just melts in nicely, no effort needed. Looks natural

I love how easy to use this balm is. You just roll it up & swipe it on. The color match is amazing!!

I was a little disappointed that I received the product later than expected, however better late than never, it a true statement.

Never recieved my product or a refund!! The delivery company Gofo called me to tell me they were having delivery issues. Whats the issue deliver the package! This company NEVER wants to deliver to your PO box they refuse. Why do these company's not tell you they
won't deliver to a PO box Amazon, and many other companies do, and i've had this PO box for years.So if you dont deliver the package, you dont give refunds either? Do I have to ask for one? Im sure Covebalm is aware the package was not delivered by Gofo. Did Gofo not tell you they did not deliver it? Well they didn't. Dishonest company still No product! No refund! Never again!!!

So I’ll just sum it us like this: Never, ever have I had to tear off a piece of toilet tissue and dab my face to make sure I actually applied/rolled on the makeup to my face- that’s how seamless Skin Tint Medium blended into my skin! Yeah, so far, so good I’d say!

What made me try was the smooth stick to blend on face

I placed an order on the 5/05 from Cove balm order number CB1399937 which I received no problem. But today 02/06/26 a transaction of £33 came out of my account without me placing an order. I never subscribed with them and I am fuming as I don’t have money to throw away like that. The new order number is CB1433057.

I'm not big on applying makeup but this product makes it much simpler especially for day-to-day use. My color was perfectly matched. There was a delay in shipping; however, I was updated on the status of the oder in a timely manner.
