We are a local authority business holding over 25 years of commercial pest control experience. From this experience we have seen first-hand the devastating effect a pest infestation can have on a business. Large infestations of rodents and insects can attack stock, compromise the infrastructure of a building and produce health hazards which in turn could directly affect staff and customers. As well as offering businesses tailor-made pest management programs, which are often the most cost effective way to keep a pest free premises all year round, we can also perform one-off treatments when necessary and as always are on hand to give advice on pest proofing and prevention. We are a growing business within Coventry City Council. We currently have eleven BPCA (British Pest Control Association) Level 2 Qualified Pest Controllers all enhanced fully DBS checked. Our pest controllers are professional and reliable and as a valued customer of ours you can rely on our Commercial Support Team for a prompt response and support when required. Our large team means we can respond to all our customers within 24 hours of a call out with a visit. We cover a wide area of the West Midlands including: Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Solihull, Birmingham, North Warwickshire, Kenilworth and Warwick.

I am disappointed with my experience…

I am disappointed with my experience regarding the First Homes Scheme in Coventry.

My understanding is that the scheme is intended to help first-time buyers access genuinely affordable homes through a discount on the market price. However, during my experience with a property on a new development, I noticed that the listed price appeared higher than comparable properties on the same site before the scheme discount was applied. This raised concerns for me about how the final discounted price was being calculated.

I contacted the relevant council departments to raise questions about the valuation and whether it accurately reflected the local market and comparable homes on the development. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were fully addressed or investigated.

As a potential first-time buyer, the process left me feeling uncertain about how pricing under the scheme is reviewed and monitored. Greater transparency around how property values are assessed before the discount is applied would help build confidence for buyers considering the First Homes Scheme.

I hope that clearer oversight and communication can be provided so that first-time buyers can feel reassured that the scheme is delivering the affordability it is intended to provide.

THIS COUNCIL COVENTRY LEFT ME AT RISK AND HAD TWO ED SOCIAL WORKERS RELFUSING TOL HELP ME ALSO AND BOTH VERY RUDE IN DIFFERENT WAYS .

FURTHERMORE JOHN FROM TEMP ACCOM IS TOO BLAME FOR ALL OF THIS ALSO

FORMAL COMPLAINT AGASINT ED TEAM OVER THE WEEKENDED AND KAREN AND SHARON ALSO URGENT ACTION NEEDED TOO

ITS VERY CLEARLY COVENTRY HAVE RELFUSED TOO HELP ME UNDER HOUSING ACT AND LOOKING TOO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER FROM LEGAL POINT OF VIEW ALSO THE PEOPLE IN QUESTION WHAT THEY DONE SHOULD BE A SHAMED !!!!!!!!

FURTHER TOO ME EMAIL SEND ON FRIDAY 5TH APRIL 2024 I WISH TOO ADD FURTHER URGENT ISSUES AND WISHING TOO ADD FOR A FURTHER FORMAL COMPLAINT AGASINT TWO ED SOCIAL WORKERS BUT KAREN REALLY TOOK THE MICKEY OUT OF ME SO WAS SO RUDE VERY UNSUPORTIVE SHE RELFUSED TOO PROIVDED ME WITH HER SURE NAME TOO LOOK UP HER SOCIAL ENDLAND PIN EVEN WHEN I EXPLAINED WHY I WANTED SHE WAS REALLYING BEING NOT HELPFULL.

SHE PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND WAS SHOCKED ON HOW SHE TREARED ME HAS A SOCLAI WORKER ON CALL TOO.

IN RESPECT OF SHARON LINE NOT RUDE BUT VERY UNHELP RELFUSED TOO HELP ME DUE TOO THE LIST AND EVEN KARREN TOO BUT KARREN MORE RUDE . I CALLED UP TODAY THIS EVENING AND SHARON HAS RELFUSED TOO CALL ME BACK SO I AM ADDING THIS TOO COMPLAINT BOTH SOCIAL WORKERS I AM REFFERING TOO SOCIAL WORKER ENDGLAND FOR FITNESS TOO PARTICE ISSUES.

THEY BOTH LEFT ME IN WORSE STARTED AND BOTH RELFUSED TOO HELP DUE TOO JOHN FROM THE TEMP ACCOM TEAM WHO I CANT BELIVE HE STILL ALLLOWED TOO WORK FOR HOUSING WHEN HES DONE WHAT HE DONE.

DEAR ALL PARTIES IN QUESTION FOR COVENTRY.

PLEASE ACCEPT THIS LETTER FORMAL COMPLAINT FOR WHAT COVENTRY HAVE DONE TODAY SHOCKING AND OUT OF ORDER INCLUDING JOHN FROM THE TEMP ACCOM TEAM.

SPOKEN TOO JESS FISHER THIS AFTER APPROX 15.15 PM SHE DONE MY HOUSING ASSESMENT TODAY AND ACCEPT DUTY DUE TOO RISK WHICH SOME ONE SUPPOSE ON ME.

THEY THEN OFFERED TEMP ACOM AND SOMEONE FOR TEMP TEAM CALLED ME BACK ALSO SHORT OUT MY ACCOM.

WHEN THIE PERSON CALLED JOHN CALLED ME I CALLED HIM BACK AR FIRST AND THEN FOUND OUT ABOUT THE FLAT ETC AND IT SHARED AND HE EXPLAINED TOO ME UNLESS VAILED REASON WHY YOU NOT ACCEPTING AND PROVIDED EVDIENCE THE LOCAL AUTHIRITES WOULD STOPP SUPPORT HELP.

I EXPLAINED I STUGGLE REALLY BAD MENTAL HEALTH AND ANITXTY TOO.

I EXPLAINED I HAVE EVDIECNE TOO AND HE WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE TOO ME I ASKED FOR MANAGER ALSO HE RELFUSED THAT.

HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHICH IS RUDE ALSO.

I CALLED THE OUT OF HOURS FOR COVENTRY SPOKEN TOO SOMEONE CALLED SHARON COULDNT HELP ME BECASUE ME ON THE LIST FOR ME NOT TO BE HELPED .
