Very straightforward company to deal…
Very straightforward company to deal with, no ‘hidden’ costs as some others I called had. They kept me updated as to arrival times & what to expect & what to prepare for access. Actual work & guy who did it was excellent. Coventry Drain Unblocking Ltd will definitely be our, ‘go to’ should we need them again, highly recommend.

Excellent service
I found it very difficult to get help with my blocked drain. My Plummer recommended you. You were very prompt to respond and came that day. It took time to locate the problem, but Stewart was patient and was willing to go the extra mile to sort my problem and unblock the drain.

What’s the point.
Good customer service. Guy that came seemed nice. Issue was with the cellar but then didn’t do anything. Opened a few access chambers and found a blockage… a dead line had some excess material. Plunge the p-trap, lost is rubber end and explained that he’d cleared it. At this point I didn’t know there was a p-trap in the drain (old house). The next company I got out explained it and showed me. £250 for literally nothing. No help. My cellar is still flooded and no one will help. Not a happy hippo. Shout out to honest people who do a good job. I don’t even want a solution just to know the problem.

Great service
Great service. Sorted my blocked drain out quickly, fuss free, and at a very reasonable price. All round very helpful and was given advice on how to avoid further problems. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, efficient and solved my problem
Able to arrange for a colleague to come out within and hour of making the initial call on a bank holiday Sunday. Lovely chap, got straight to work and sorted the problem within 30-40 minutes. A great experience and would certainly use this company again
