Good first impression

Charlotte explained everything clearly and apologised for keeping me holding even though that was inevitable considering what I needed to know. As a new customer to this company I hope the policy and any further customer support is as strong as this initial customer service.

Hassle free customer service

Unfortunately I had to cancel the policy I had just signed up with them,
Customer service made the process easy and smooth.
Would recommend based on this experience

Left me with no heating or hot water…

Left me with no heating or hot water for 3 days with young children who are now sick with flu. Also I have a condition that is worse in colder temperatures. Absolutely unacceptable. Promised a update and didnt even call me back. So now its day 3 with no hot water or heating.

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. We don't handle claims directly ourselves, but I've spoken with the claims handlers for your policy and they have advised that they sent an engineer to your property out of hours on the night of 11th November when you made the initial claim and found that they needed a part before they could fix your boiler. The part wasn't available any earlier and there was nothing they could do about this, but they had noted your circumstances with your health condition and your children so were already treating it as an urgent priority. I understand that they have arranged for an engineer to visit you tomorrow afternoon to fit the part which should fix the boiler.

Competitive and straight forward with only a few issues at the end

Like most insurance websites, you have lots of questions to answer. This is no different. However it was relatively straight forward. Price and cover was competitive. However I had issues registering an account so I could download my policy. This was corrected by calling the company direct which although this was a pain they were courteous and dealt with my issue straight away.
