Was a little weary having never heard…
Was a little weary having never heard of coverbuilder before and wondered if they may have been a phantom. Found them on topcashback so came to the conclusion they were real. Everything seemed to go ok and documents received which seemed all in order.
I guess until you need to claim for some reason you will never know, but then they're probably no different to any other insurers.
I can't find any fault with them so far.

Buildings Insurance only..
I urgently needed buildings insurance for my home which is currently unoccupied whilst it is on the market.

Very straight forward to complete the quote. The price was also extremely competitive. Best case I never have cause to make a claim but hopefully the claims procedure is as good as the quote process.

cheap cover but the value of insurance is the service when you make a claim. Not having made a claim all I can say is the price is low.

Avoid, waste of time and money.
Requested a quote online, they were not able to give me one. Followed up with query about my quote and never heard back from them. If they cannot be bothered to get the business in the first place it just makes you wonder how bad that will be when it comes to claiming anything.
