The quote/purchase process needs improvement
When filling in the online quote form, I couldn't enter a non-UK phone number, even though the correspondence address was outside the UK.
Prior to purchase, the generic documentation did not correctly reflect the details of the insurance I sought to purchase. However, to proceed, I had to tick the box to confirm that this was the insurance I wanted.
After purchase, I was sent 87 pages to read, spread over 11 pdf files! Really???
My credit card was then debited by an organisation called 'The Source', with which I had had absolutely no dealings.
All in all, purchasing was a rather shabby experience.

On line application form is only designed for 'one size fits all' found it difficult to accomodate my circumstances and needs, and after talking on line found it helpful but would have been better to have had human contact to discuss my circumstances.
