Check the policy documents carefully. They will contain restrictions which were not asked about in the questions and may invalidate your policy!
I answered all the questions honestly and agreed to the quote. After I had paid, the list of relevant facts in the policy documents was included. I noticed that there were subtle differences from what the questions had asked. These could have invalidated my insurance. I am now waiting to hear whether I am insured or not (despite my money having been taken).
The response is slow. The whole process has left me very frustrated.

A very easy to use website and simple transaction process. All the necessary documentation is available on your profile. The real bonus for me was that I had a couple of questions I needed to ask before I completed the transaction as the quote was for a listed building. I used the contact number and was talking to a very helpful customer service rep (Julia) in under a minute. My queries were answered quickly and professionally.
