On one set of seat covers the strap…

On one set of seat covers the strap that holds them in place tore off. They said they would replace it but it would take 3 months to get replacement. It has been 5 months now. Contacted them back with no response until now on how they did. The seat covers look nice but slide around if you try to tighten them up the straps rip off. That needs to be stronger.
After seeing my review they have reached out and said they will send out replacement and some return to my credit card. If that happens I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks for reaching back to me.

The quality is excellent

The quality is excellent! They are difficult for me to put on. But I am a 62 yr old woman and Im just not strong enough. So Im waiting for my husband to get the ti e to put them on for me.

Do not buy for Mercedes GLA

I purchased these for my Mercedes GLA. I put them on but they do not fit. They cover the seat belts in the back seat. I contacted the company for a refund. They wanted me to put them back on and let them try to fit them but it was clear they didn’t fit. I came here left a bad review and they contacted me saying they would refund me if I modified my review. I did and I returned the covers and yet still no refund. Do not buy from this company. If the don’t fit, you won’t be able to get a refund.

My seatcovers were exactly what I…

My seatcovers were exactly what I wanted and my old truck needed. The only issue was my headrest covers for backseat didn't fit but everything thing else did perfectly. I had to reach out to customer service after finding I was missing some necessary straps for the back seat. I emailed late Saturday night and promptly got response and by Sunday morning another email with confirmation they were sending me the straps. I received them within 3 days. I can restore my faith that customer service alive and well. Thank you for a great product and better service!! Highly recommend. By the way I installed the seat covers by myself with just instructions and the video.

Failed to Follow Through with Promised Price Match of Their Own Price Drop Before Product is Even Delivered!!!

At the time of my initial order (on March 20th, I pre-ordered to save $30) for seat covers, it said they would be delivered sometime in April, and I was charged a total of $432.35. I am yet to receive the product, it is now saying I won't get them until June, and there has since been a price drop. If I were to make the exact order today, Coverland confirmed it would only cost me $335.06, yet they will only refund $30 (after stating they would refund me the difference in price.) That means I still paid $67.29 more than what it would cost me if I placed the order today, and I haven't even received the seat covers yet. I am about to cancel my order entirely since they refuse to do the right thing and price match THEIR OWN PRICE!!!!!

UPDATE: I have now received a refund for the full difference in price, but I am still waiting to receive the product that was originally promised to be delivered in April. I will keep you updated.

Bought covers for my Fiat 500L based on…

Bought covers for my Fiat 500L based on their recommendation. Intentionally DID NOT shop Amazon to support other companies and this company kicked me in the teeth for it. I was required to wait outside the January 30 return window UNTIL MARCH 19 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION and label. I began contacting the company in emails and phone calls on December 27. They promised to issue a return label three times and did not. It is April 28 and they still have not issued a refund of $350 for covers that not only did not fit, they did not even match the product description. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company, and am filing a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered my seat covers for a Ford

I ordered my seat covers for a Ford.
F-150 2012 march 11th paid.
in full with a delivery date of 4/27/26 which is today. There's no status change, there's no updates.No contacting me no email , telling me there's a delay for anything so I called. I was told on the phone that the delivery would not be met until at the end of August. Maybe. No way they could really give me an answer. When I would receive my item, but it wouldn't be until after august, I was really looking forward to these seat covers due to my truck needing help with the upholstery. And the website gave me a delivery date that's a lot of money to just be out there with no communication and no seat covers . I do understand that things happen, but that's where communication helps. I originally thought I was only gonna have to wait five weeks for my seat covers, but now it's over 5 months. I would have maybe considered getting a different brand that i would have received quicker. So if you need your seat covers quickly, this may not be your brand .

These fit my front 97 GMC suburban…

These fit my front 97 GMC suburban great. The only thing that didn't was the head rest covers. These are more designed for the Escalade head rest. No big deal for me as mine were still in great condition. Highly recommend.

Per my email: the cover arrived promptly after I placed my order. I finally got time today to put it on. Fit and quality seem perfect. I had little trouble applying it in moderate wind. I really like the straps...the deciding factor why I chose you guys. So far, very pleased.

So very disappointed in this product and loss of money spent

While the quality of the seat covers seem adequate, my experience with the installation and actual fitment and coverage is sub par. I could go on about the issues with this product however I’ll sum it up by stating the installation, at least in my vehicle which was verified with COVERLANDS supplied chart, was extremely difficult and after 2 hours, was called off. We were not able to get the rear covers to work at all. As a senior on a fixed income, after paying exchange rate (I’m in Canada) the duty, taxes, shipping (this alone was $180) and other related costs, I’m out over. $850 for these covers that clearly do not fit. This may seem like the worst part until I saw that orders from CANADA are not covered by free shipping and returns are NOT allowed.

April 17, COVERLAND has replied and confirmed they will be offering a FULL refund. They stated they’ll process the refund after I update the review I posted that
