I am writing to updated this review. Ben did reach out to me and refunded me two months and cancelled my subscription. He insured me that I would not be charged again.

I have been charged for a year and can't seem to manage to get them to stop. I have emailed and called. I have managed to cancel it twice and then they sign me back up. It is absolutely insane. Your card will be theirs forever!

Cover Letter Copilot was quick and easy to use for me and it's affordable as well. Highly recommend the tool for those who are looking for professional and personalized cover letters.

I’ve been using Cover Letter Copilot and it’s honestly been a game changer in my job search. The platform is super clean and easy to use — just upload your resume, paste the job description, and in less than a minute you have a well-structured, professional cover letter.

What I love most is how natural the writing feels. It doesn’t come across as “AI-generated fluff,” but instead matches the tone I select (professional, modern, etc.) while staying concise. It also saves me an incredible amount of time when applying to multiple roles — no more starting from scratch each time.

Since they’ve upgraded to GPT-5, I’ve noticed the letters read even smoother and feel more tailored to the role. I still make a few edits to personalize things, but it gets me 80–90% of the way there instantly.

The only drawback is that the free plan is pretty limited, but honestly the time it saves me makes it worth it.

Overall, I’d highly recommend it to anyone who dreads writing cover letters or just wants to apply faster without sacrificing quality.

For me Cover Letter Copilot was easy to use and offered me a well formatted and an awesome looking cover letter in like no time. My user experience with the tool was good and the interface was intutive and I wanted to attach my user journey below, but Trustpilot didn't allow me to do that for the time being but feel free to contact me if you want more info about my experience))

I used a free version, tho! But I'm thinking to update my plan soon as I will be able to use GPT-5 and some cover letter templates. I hope my review will of of help to other people who are looking for a genuine cover letter generator.

I used many cover letter generators like Cover Letter Copilot, Careered AI, Grammarly, MyPerfectCoverLetter, BeamJobs, etc.
One thing I liked was the workflow that Cover Letter Copilot provided whereas other tools like MyPerfectCoverLetter and BeamJobs provided a minimal UX and I got confused while using them, steps weren't clear and templates were also not so good.

But yes, if you are looking for templates then Zety could be a good option but I saw that Cover Letter Copilot also started to offer templates. (Tho, I haven't used them yet but I hope that those would be good)

Things I liked the most about Cover Letter Copilot: Speed, modern UX, easy workflow, etc.
Things I believe Cover Letter Copilot is improving is their templates.

I liked the speed with which Cover Letter Copilot works, as I have tried many cover letter generators like Zety, Kickresume, Novoresume, and many more, all provided me a traditional way to create my cover letter, like they are more of a resume way, not actually a cover letter product. Most of the stuff was manual and tidy there, but while using Cover Letter Copilot, I just needed to put in my resume and job description, and GPT-4 did all the work for me. ( I mean no other tool can match the User Experience and the quality of the cover letter generated, plus speed) I hope my review is helpful to other fellows who are looking to use Cover Letter Copilot))

The writing felt natural, not like AI just copying a template. It saved me a ton of time, especially when I had to apply to multiple roles fast.

The result of the presentation letter didn't satisfy my expectations, ineffective results, despite the scan of my CV and the description of the work announcement.

I should be alloved to generate one resume pr. day with the free subscription, but when done I am informed to have used up my quota. I only used it yesterday, but get this today also :(

This is really impressive. It makes an otherwise not-so-fun task very straightforward and simple.

I LOVE this app since I HATE writing cover letters for jobs. And it was so EASY to do- I put the job I was applying to and then, my resume information and it wrote a great letter that I edited and sent it. Such a saving of time and procrastination.

This ai based program worked flawlessly. The Cover Letters that were created make it so easy for me to apply to jobs. In the past it would take me about 45 minutes to an hour for each Cover Letter I wrote. Now I get that most time consuming part of my application process finished immediately.

I love this website. It helped me find a job so quickly. I was able to download it use it and then I was able to get a job.
