High Quality- Economical Price
Was planning to fabricate a custom carpet rack but decided to order one from Covermaster as the design and quality of their components are as I would of purchased. Their costs were very economical, whereas it was an easy choice to purchase vs build.

Cart is built well
Cart arrived one day late, in really bad weather. No instructions for assembly.
Some black paint came off during assembly.
Plastic over wheels really frustrating to remove.

I received very good customer service from Gerry. He was available when I called and helped me out very quickly and answered all my questions. The only thing is that I was replacing parts that were defective and I had to pay for them, which I wasn't crazy about.

The measurement process was cumbersome
The measurement process was cumbersome. Had a difficult time figuring out what measurements where needed to make the covers and after multiple measurements and different angles, the covers did not fit. Because they were custom made, we are stuck with them.

Lost order
Last Spring I placed an order for a sideline protector for my high school. I placed the order far enough in advance to ensure that I would have it by the first home football game. I called in mid July to check the status of my order and I was told that they had lost my order and that they would still get me my order on time for the first game. I called a week out from my first game and they said it was on its way. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. I am disappointed that no one from the company reached out to apologize or offer some sort of compensation for the delay. The product is nice however the process was not ideal at all.

The quality of the casters seem fine
The quality of the casters seem fine. We were disappointed in the shipping of the product. When placing the order I had mentioned we had to schedule a welder to put them on the carts and was told it wasn't going to be an issue to schedule them for the following Thursday, but when getting the notices from UPS we had to reschedule the welder twice. I spoke with Gerry 8/3 and on 8/4 he said we would receive early next week so Thurs, 8/11 would be fine for the welder.
On 8/5 I received the order confirmation saying it would ship 8/12 so I contacted Gerry again, but no response so I emailed him on 8/8 and he wasn't able to reach anyone in the plant.
We ended up receiving 3 boxes on 8/15 and the final box 8/16/22. This was a big inconvenience that could have been avoided if Gerry could have spoken to someone in the plant. Or if the plant is the ones who takes the order.
We like Covermaster's products, but service needs improvement in the plant.

The customer service and willing to…
The customer service and willing to help us find a good product was amazing. When it came time for delivery we were unable to get it off the truck due to the size of the package. Being a gym, we do not have a loading dock and had to rent a forklift and attempt to get it through our facility.
