Fantastic service

Fantastic service!
I made a right mess of my order online.
When I phoned, the lady I spoke to was amazing. She sorted out my mistakes and even made follow up calls to double check issues staff had raised. Great reproduction sleeves that greatly improve the look of my singles collection. I've already made a second order.

Delivery delay.

The order was completed accurately and packed very safely, as usual, but whereas previous orders have generally arrived within two working days this one took much longer. After a week I queried with Covers33 as to whether it might have been lost, but I was told to allow ten days for delivery and it turned up a few days later. Ten days as against two on previous occasions was unexpected and rather disappointing.

Covers 33 have given me impeccable…

Covers 33 have given me impeccable service for years. They produces just the packaging that I want at a prices that my customers accept gratefully and everything is immaculately delivered to my door by DPD, the friendliest drivers in the last - or at least my part of it! It would take a major disaster to make me change to a rival.

Near perfect

Easy to use website, easy checkout, immediate order confirmation, prompt receipt of goods. Lost a star for no confirmation of dispatch, otherwise all good.
