I ordered a courier test from CHT. I had done a lot of research and looked at reviews and felt this company to be trustworthy. I became apprehensive when there was a problem with my order that wasn't picked up prior to the courier arriving. However both the online chat and phone number provided were both answered by staff.

Rowan assisted me and after a brief debate about the issue, could not have been more helpful in liaising with the courier and helping rectify the problem. I think it speak volumes about a company in how they handle and issue and CHT were very helpful.

I needed my result within a particular time frame and they were able to manage my expectations and delivered a great service and outcome. They aren't the cheapest but excellent service doesn't come cheap. I will use them again in future.
