A very bad customer attention
A very bad bad service, and customer attention in the Buikslotermeerplein, Amsterdam Noord location. Outrageous. If you can avoid it.

Please do not use MCD MEDICAL for your covid test. I did one 2 days
Before departure and did not get my results in time. I called several times, no help was given in any way. I das to do a last minute test at schiphol. You can claim the cost for the test from MCD MEDICAL. But this is just stressful! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Atrocious!! Booked a trip for my travels and the test didn’t arrive on time for my flight. I’m so so angry. They don’t respond to emails and there is no way to contact them.
Terrible company - late test result and missed my flight
** Not suitable for travel ** Why these guys are listed on the NL govt. website specifically in the section about 'travelling' is a mystery. You will not be able to travel with the result of this test, even if it's negative. (Well maybe you can travel on a bus within NL I guess...)
The 'certificate' they produce (which is fiddly to get to - it's just a webpage) is missing fundamentally important data: Test manufacturer: Unknown.
You will not not not get on a flight with this information. Go and pay for a test with a travel certificate. Go and use a different provider.
Test center was janky, basic, no signage, just kids running the place in an old gym hall. The equipment was more suitable for a hair salon than a clinical service. Someone is making bank from this business model. And the Dutch Govt. must be one of them.
Got my test result back far too late, stating it was positive. Cancelled my vacation. The next day, I received another email that the same test is negative. I made another appointment at the GGD to be sure, still waiting on result so I don't know which is correct yet but how can a company fail this hard at this?
The test in Amsterdam was for our return to the UK, and was fine. The result came quickly. However, it was only in the form of a QR code - there is no printed report, although there are unusable instructions on how to get one. When we turned up at the Eurostar terminal at Amsterdam Central Station, we were told they didn't look at QR codes. However, it was possible to see summary data on the phone. This had one crucial line of information missing - the type of test. It was impossible to reach Covidia on the phone to try to get this information.
We were refused boarding and were recomended to go for another test which did provide a printable PDF report. The next day, all was well after this.
In fairness to Covidia, I think the problem lies with the app used to display the QR code and summary information. When we got our second set of results, just as a matter of interest I passed the result to this app - which again showed a critical line of information blank, whereas the printed report was complete. I have flagged this with this Dutch company.
NEVER RECEIVED RESULT
they don’t reply by email nor by phone. Tested yesterday at 4 pm and flying tomorrow morning at 7am. No solutions possible.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
Disgraceful service, confusing, and a late return of result. Had to cancel my flights which cost me a fortune. Then they said ‘you got a free test, you should have paid for it’. Crazy! Basically a scam to get you to pay, the free tests are a waste of time, but they don’t tell you that before. Use another location or risk missing your flight!!!
I had an appointment today at their center in Admiraal de Ruijterweg 150H no-one showed up! A woman called them and their answer was to book another appointment... very bad company!
Was worried having read reviews on here. Did my free travel PCR test at 9am, had my test results at 19:30. Easy to access results and easy to generate a result certificate.
Did my PCR travel test yesterday morning early and the result took 32 hours to arrive...my partner went to another test location in the Hague Parallelweg and that test took 9 hours to arrive. So why is Covidia taking that long? Same day, same time and huge difference in result. 32 hours !! :-(
I took a rapid antigen test, and didn’t get the result, was set up in a garage and very poorly executed... very disappointed and would not advise
Brilliant. Antigen tests. Tested in Doetinchem. 9am. Results a half hour later. The guys working there were great with the kids too.
3 days later and still no results of pcr test. If you need one for travelling don’t ever go for it to covidia . Pay yourself somewhere else, at least you will be on time to go on your holiday.
Got tested yesterday at four for a rapid test. The results were supposed to come within 3 hours. They never got back so I went the day after at 4. They tested me (again) with the promise of getting the results back within maximum an hour. At the end of the day (they are now closed) I still haven’t received the results. Such a lack of professionalism.
PCR test not ready within 24hours as advertised. Needed to book an extra rapid test appointment in order to be sure that we will be allowed in our flight. Unreliable service.
They promise your results back within 24 hours, then don’t meet that. Missed my flight, no response from customer service, €500 down the drain and can’t see my family now. Called multiple times only for the phone to be hung up. Never use this service!!
Do not go to this center almost missed my flight because of them. Took them more than 48 hours to get the result. Not available on the phone. In summary the worst!
