Simple to use web site
Simple to use web site. Swift confirmation of order, receipt and when order has been delivered. Only thing I would like to have seen would have been notification of delivery day. Other than that top notch service.

The best place to go - CBPS…
Prices are competitive but where CBPS really scores is the staff. Never met nicer more helpful staff than those at CBS Dalry from the guys in the yard to the people on the counter and their outstanding and very prompt delivery drivers. Our other local builders merchants should take a moment to consider their own customer service !

Absolutely top notch service
Absolutely top notch service! Been using cowals for landscaping and building materials for a while now. Everyone is so helpful, the guys in the yard help in anyway with helping with materials, the office staff are great, Craig the manager will sort anything for you and then there is Rachel who has only been in the company over a year but what an asset she is, nothing is ever a problem, top star rewards are needed.

First class personal service and advice
I have placed several orders with CBPS Dunoon as well as calling in for smaller items
Cannot fault the friendly and personal service, on time delivery for larger items, and willingness to give advice or take me around the stock room to find what I need
