Total misrepresentation of product
While it was easy to navigate and make the purchase, it was a huge disappointment afterwards. I should have read reviews beforehand, but I loved the designs of their clothing. I knew I was ordering from China so I allowed plenty of time to get it by Christmas and placed the online purchase Oct 30. However, the refund policy is 30 days from the DATE of ORDER!
I emailed them within 24 hrs to please cancel and got an email back asking me why, to which I replied that I did not trust their company after all I read. Couple of weeks later after not hearing any confirmation of cancellation, I emailed again to doublecheck. Turns out they were shipping it anyways. I thought okay, I will wait for it to arrive. Maybe it will be okay.
When I opened the package approximately 4 weeks later, I didn’t know if I should laugh or vomit when I saw what I got. This men’s XL garment which was supposed to be a beautiful chunky cable knit sweater pictured to be made with yarn was nothing but a smooth cheap polyester sewn together likely by some poor child in Asia. The design was just a faint shadow printed on the fabric, the zipper was the best thing on it. It was so small my BF could barely get his arms in it, much less around his torso. It would fit a woman instead.
This company is great at photoshopped AI false advertising and tricking you into buying their absolute junk. Luckily PayPal went to bat for me and got my money refunded. I hope Cowboyhood goes out of business. They are a bad joke.

ABSOLUTE MANIPULATION
I ordered to Viking style hoodies one for me and one for my wife they looked absolutely gorgeous on their website.Knitted beautifully. With amazing stitch work. I was skeptical because of the price.It was on the cheap side for what I was thinking was a knitted sweat shirt hoodie. I never saw anything stating that it was a printed image of a sweatshirt hoodie. It was the most waste of money and disappointing purchase. I've ever made in my life. And I should have known better because it was too good to be true. I recommend everybody not trust this company. Because if you think you're buying What is being shown on their website You were absolutely mistaken. The hoodie I saw barely even resembles what I received.

This is a total scam website
The two patchwork 4 th of July dresses i ordered for a trip was the ugliest and cheapest clothing I have ever seen. I would rather wear something from Dollar General. They advertise beautifully detailed items but you recieve a printed version. They obviously have copied the image of a nice dress then printed it onto very cheap material, and the fit and cut was unwearable. The arm holes were so small I could barely lift my arms and the whole dress came up with my arms. They were made like a tent with no contouring at all. Completely shapeless. Then they make it impossible to return because the shipping is more than it's worth. They will not issue a refund. I am stuck with a cheap, ugly, ill fitting garment that I wouldn't even donate it's so bad. Do not fall for the beatiful items they advertise because you will recieve a counterfeit.
UPDATE. There still has been no resolution. They keep asking for same info, photo proof which was sent. Claims that quality team is investigating if i should get a return, but like I said, same response, send proof. Don't buy from this scam company. I wish I could post pics here to show what awful products they actually send.
