Cardigans arrived today after 2 months The red one is brown hood ties un ravelling so thin and badly finished I’ve just emailed them to complain.. I guess it’s a lesson learned not at all as pictured in advert cheap rubbish

Ordered back in August - multiple emails with random replies asking for same info each time - no sign of delivery.
Again Trust pilot rates as 1.5 when 100% reviews are minimum 1 star???

I had to give 1 star in order to write a review never order from this company I ordered a cardigan in August and havnt received it ive sent loads of emails asking for a refund and all I get back is we expedited your order please be patient total scam company should be banned from trading

Do not purchase from this site,l bought a cardigan off here,looked nothing like photo,get better stuff from jumble sale,keep emailing them for return address,keep making excuses up,don't waste your money on this site,crap clothing

Ordered two items in August which never arrived. Opened a PayPal dispute but they sided with the company as the tracking shows “left securely in porch” I don’t have a porch and I have locked gates so they couldn’t have got near anyway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY...EVER

This is a complete CON. Paid for 2 dresses in early August and still NO delivery despite numerous emails promising despatch. Do NOT buy from this company. Am trying now to get my money back......

After weeks and weeks of waiting finally arrived and omg! Nothing like the picture, thin and creased and badly made! Had to look at picture on site again because I thought they d sent wrong item! Never again!!!!!!

On my previous review I stated I had not received this order which I placed back in August. Well it actually arrived today. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!. Looks nothing like the gorgeous thick knitted hoodie that I ordered, Instead I have received a knitted hoodie which looks like it's been washed and worn several times, This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER from COWCUTE UK. Lesson well and truly learned. Please read all reviews before even thinking about ordering from any company especially those which pop up on facebook. REMEMBER THIS NAME....COWCUTE UK......SCAMMERS !!!!!!!

I purchased (obviously not the one I received) a chunky cardigan from them
This was on 1st September and today after emailing and being told due to weather conditions etc?? It would be 10-20 days
Well today and it finally arrived and what a shambles it is. It’s nothing like the picture that I ordered
It looks like it’s only fit for my dogs bed
It appears to be washed and dried and it’s all out of shape and not fit for purpose
There was no address return label and when looking at their company name that does not exist either
Please do not buy from this company as you are just lining their pockets
I have asked for a refund but I am not holding my breath

I am absolutely furious that this fake company is allowed to advertise on Facebook.. how many people have ordered goods from them only to never receive anything, or if received the goods were nothing like the advert. How much money has this company made from ordinary people who trust that what is advertised via Facebook is genuine.
I ordered a dress the middle of July, the money was taken immediately. I received shipping notification... what nonsense...it was all a pack of lies, nothing had been shipped. When I tried to comment on Facebook where the dress continued to be advertised my comments were blocked...
I tried everything possible to make contact with the company, the only communication I received was from random person telling me to be patient !
It is now mid October... obviously I’m not going to get my dress which I paid £19.99 for... I’m furious that these bogus companies can continue to con people out of their money so easily....

This is a totally scam site. I ordered their supposedly chunk cardigan back at the beginning of August. After weeks of waiting, various emails telling me initial order had been sent back by customs and other excuses I sent a strongly worded email demanding my money back as they had been very quick to take it. Further email received advising it was to be delivered today 12th October! Lo and behold I did receive it however nothing like advertised, it’s cheap, tatty crap. Absolutely disgusted, please do not order anything from these scammers!

I ordered a dress on 2nd August. Since then nothing. I have contacted them and had the same excuses as others below ie. It has been delivered, it is held in customs, we are sending another, please be patient. Facebook shouldn't allow ads like theirs. Don't be conned like I was.

Fake company who take your money but never deliver any goods or issue refunds. Do not use.

I ordered a cardigan from this website, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture as advertised. It was very tatty nothing like it should have been, as though the picture had just been used to advertise. I will not be ordering from them again. Not happy at all

Still waiting on my order since 30th August after loads of e mails sent and loads bk telling me to be patient I will contact pay pal to sort this and my solicitor I better receiver my order or a refund in the nxt few days im waiting the longer I wait the more annoyed im getting this needs sorting in fact I dont want the order now im fuming I want a full refund into my bank as you were quick enough to take it pay pal have been contacted absolute sham of a company I will put it out there

I never buy off Facebook but there was a dress that really was to my taste so went for it. I did get replies to my emails saying it had been delivered so I went to my local Royal Mail Deliver Office which looked up the tracking number and sure enough it said it had been delivered but to a postcode that no longer exists.
I was going to send in a compensation form until I read all of these reviews. I'll put it down to experience and won't buy off Facebook again!

I would not give this company a rate at all. I ordered a dress in August. tracking said it had been delivered, no it hadn't. Cowcute said that it had re-sent the order. Nothing more heard. They did respond to my emails with fake promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Please please do not order anything from this company they are a fraud I orderd the chunky cardigan they had my money but I haven't received my purchase I saw them advertising on Facebook so I thought it was legitimate but no no it is just a scam now they wont even answer my emails they should be disgusted with themselves and face book should not let this happen they should check the company out before they let them advertise.

As a rule I don’t buy from any FB advertising and decided to let my guard down and purchase the chunky cardigan this website
Stupid me as ordered over a month ago and nothing so hard lesson learnt and £25 out of pocket 😡🤬
Don’t FB check out these scammers and no hope in getting a refund either
