We recently bought a Chery Tiggo 7 from Cox motor group in Kendal. We dealt with Elliott Cook, who was friendly, helpful and informative throughout. Elliott made a video of the car explaining all the features available. We couldn't fault our experience from enquiring to driving away

The salesman I dealt with was Nick, a nice guy who explained everything that would happen and apart from a very small delay which was nobodies fault it went very smoothly.
This is second time I have bought from Blackpool Honda and I can only say that all the staff I came into contact with were great.
Can I also say that service side of the business are great to deal with.

Mark explained in detail everything about the new car and promised to help with any future problems or questions. Very helpful

This was my first purchase at Honda Blackpool and I experienced excellent customer service and I now see why they came recommended.
Joe was very knowledgeable and professional and he supported me throughout by arranging two test drives as I upgraded to a larger model in the process. Joe was really helpful, patient, polite and respectful throughout and he went out of his way to assist, particularly in seeking value for money where possible. There was no pressure or hard sell and he kept in touch during the whole process.
I found the Honda UK on line systems rather tricky and Joe went out of his way to assist.

She made the buying process so easy and answered any queries we had instantly!

We had a few little problems with our purchase, which could have been dealt with, if the car had been correctly prepared before we picked it up.
That saying Mike, the sales manager, and Leon, the head of valeting , dealt with the problems with a good nature and very efficiently.

Made us feel very welcome, nice clean atmosphere and josh was more than helpful. Explained everything perfectly. Answered all our questions and the team made sure we had a perfect experience in choosing our new car.

Andras at Kendal branch made our whole experience a pleasure. So patient and understanding dealing with us folk of a certain age. Had a Honda Crv for 12 years and wanted a Honda but smaller. He listened to all our concerns about changing to hybrid and found us the right car. I've just confidently driven home a stunning Jazz. Not enough stars for Honda Kendal.
