The Velcro that holds the covers under the chaired need to be stronger. Couch looks cheap when the fabric around the chairs when it is loose.

Ciello sesame fabric pills. But Cozey has agreed to change out the fabric covers. Fingers crossed the next fabric suits our lifestyle.

Hi Elaine,
We're sorry to hear about your experience with the fabric, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.
Our Aquaforte™ fabric is designed to be stain- and liquid-resistant, with a unique surface weave featuring small loops that help repel liquids. However, these loops can be sensitive to friction or contact with sharp objects, such as pet claws or jewelry, which may cause pulls in the fabric.
We understand your concerns and are glad we were able to work with you directly to arrange an exchange for new covers. We hope you'll enjoy your updated sofa, and we truly appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue improving our products and customer experience.
Very comfortable and fits perfectly in the new living room.
