I purchased a refurbished two-piece storage Atmosphere sofa along with a new long ottoman in Bordeaux, which I absolutely love. I chose the refurbished option due to my budget, as the new pieces are quite expensive. I was initially sent the wrong piece; however, Cozey’s customer service was excellent and quickly made it right by sending the correct pieces. I’ve had the sofa for almost three months now. Overall, it’s a beautiful couch. The only downside is that the back is a bit lower than I would prefer and could use more support. Aside from that, it’s firm without being too firm and very comfortable. One thing to note is that the performance fabric on the refurbished pieces does not hold up well against my cats’ claws, whereas the Bordeaux chenille fabric seems to be much more durable. The refurbished pieces came in coral, but I originally wanted the Bordeaux color, so I plan to gradually replace the fabric in that color and add more pieces over time. Assembly took a few hours to complete on my own. The pieces are a bit heavy, and having an extra set of hands would have made the process much easier.
