We chose our new couch from Cozey after…
We chose our new couch from Cozey after reading many positive reviews. We also visited their store on Robson Street, where Sophie was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. After we decided to make the purchase, we were told delivery would take about 7 days.
We were very excited to receive our new couch, but unfortunately, there were some issues with the delivery. When the boxes arrived, two of our boxes were missing, and we received one box that was not addressed to us. We had to wait 3 days for the incorrectly delivered box to be picked up, and another 4 days before our missing boxes arrived.
During this time, I contacted Cozey’s customer service several times. Their team was very helpful, followed up on my case, and kept me updated by email. I also tried contacting the delivery partner. On my first call, I was unable to reach them because they were already closed. On the second call, I was told the missing boxes would be delivered the next day, but they were not. When I called again, another representative was much more helpful and assured me she would do her best to resolve the issue.
The main problem was the delivery process. I still do not understand how the mistake happened,two of my boxes were missing, and I received a box that belonged to someone else. The most frustrating part was having to wait and repeatedly call for updates because no one could confirm when my missing boxes would arrive.
Overall, despite the delivery issues, we are very happy with our new couch. The quality is excellent, and we really love it.
I think the delivery was not great
I think the delivery was not great, the package was damaged (slightly) and the updates were unreliable. The product also didn’t seem as finished (chips, and spots) so it didn’t feel like it was worth the cost. It’s not too bad per se, so I didn’t go ahead and return it, but I’d probably not consider it if I ever have to do it again.

I think it’s the best couch in the world and if I move and I need an extension, you just add another piece tired of the colours switch colours I mean, what else could you ask for? as long as they don’t discontinue
Good experience, overall!
Our initial visit to the store was really good, and ultimately, things went pretty smoothly with delivery and assembly. There was a bit of confusion with placing the order, which happened in a second visit, with a different representative -- the wrong components were initially ordered, and then we discovered at delivery that one module had been ordered incorrectly (only the seat bottom was ordered, and not the complete module with back rest). But customer service sorted both of these issues out quickly with little fuss.
Absolutely the worst company EVER !!
Absolutely the worst company EVER !!! I have had so many issues with Cozy it’s honestly staggering.
I have an extremely long paper trail of issues.
I have honestly had to contact Cozy well over 50 times.
Repeated issues over and over again. The shipping is beyond diabolical.
I will add that the products aren’t all that bad but the other issues completely wipe this out of the ballpark.
The customer service is very polite but that doesn’t make a company good. They have, in their defence offered me some compensation with gift cards but that in itself opened up another version of delivery hell for me. Until they change things I will never shop with Cozy again nor in all honesty would I ever recommend them.
If the CEO does in fact read all reviews I’ll be very surprised. !! Well I’ll just have to wait and see.

Great product. Efficient delivery. The rug is like having a blanket for your feet. So comfortable.
Neptune sofa bef
I purchased the Neptune couch with three ottomans in leaf, I use two of the ottomans as an extension into a chaise and the third as a coffee table I purchased a tray to place on top. When I covert it into a bed I use the three ottomans as an extension making it a king size bed. It’s amazing the different options you can create. It was easy to assemble, about 30 minute assembly time with the help of another person. I would definitely recommend you assemble it with two people, pieces can be heavy to lift yourself. The Neptune couch is firmer than some of the other models because it converts to a bed but very comfortable. I have two dogs and purchased the washable and very durable fabric, if you have pets I would recommend you do too.
Configuration change
After trying the CIELLO original for a few days we realized that being tall we would have been better with the high angled version. A quick call to the support line was all that was needed to order the new parts and organize the original parts return. Great support from the team!
Beautiful rug!
I got my rug within a week and it was easy to set up. The rug is great quality too and looks exactly like the image. Would definitely buy from them again!
