If i could give half a star review i would but 1 star is the lowest.I deposited and played on this site.i got up to £1000 and tried to withdraw after adding ALL proofs of ID they needed.when i 1st emailed them the reply i got back was something that had NOTHING to do with what i emailed them about.i sent in a bank statement aswell as a letter that was sent to me with my address on and they said the proof of address wasnt verified even though you can clearly see on the site that the bank statement as the proof of address is verified aswell as proof of card payment. I emailed them a number of times and they just kept saying the proof of address wasnt verified.i took a screen shot from the site showing its verified but they still said it wasnt.this carried on for over 2 weeks.

This is a scam!! avoid go to a official casino you can trust Cozino they have very poor customer support there is no way of contacting them and they don’t respond they will call you constantly to give you 10 free spins at a pound as soon as you win well if you win and try to withdraw that’s when you will notice the scam they don’t have the decency to respond to emails no respect for peoples money avoid at all cost!!!

I don’t want to even give them 1 star!!! This site is a total joke, asked for my documents to withdraw then rejected them , sent it all again with no response. now I cannot even play on any games asking me to join chat, been on chat several times & emails & no responses back. Comes across if you win any money they’re going to just ignore you to stop any kind of funds to come back to you. This is very disappointing

This needs avoiding, do you like being forced into a deposit, with that kind of play on your last spin. bonus,bonus, NULL. = Another Deposit. as soon as I noticed this tactic I thought it'd be best self exclude for the maximum amount of time. I tried to get a 100% Deposit bonus, but i never recieved it. Then i wanted to withdraw my money, but that wasnt possible.

I deposited £30 and when I tried to open a game it says I cant play for real money, and to contact support, when I try to withdraw it says I cant withdraw and to contact support. I have sent numerous emails to support, they all bounce and dont even get delivered.

Until I have been given my money back I will continue to search for Cozino in Google, Bing, and other search engines. I will click on the paid ad at the top of the page every time I do, which will be several times per day
