DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
I THOUGHT I WOULD SUPPORT A SMALL BUSINESS BUT THEIR THEFT, DECEIT AND LIES ARE DUMFOUNDING.
I RECEIVED 3 OUT OF 8 ITEMS, CONTINUALLY CONTACTED VIA EMAIL BUT NO RESPONSE AND THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT CONNECT, REALLY DODGY COMPANY!
I HAVE KEPT ALL THE PACKING AND THE UNOPENED 3 ITEMS, THE BOX WAS ONLY BIG ENOUGH FOR THE 3 ITEMS, THEY HAVE STILL NOT SENT THE REMAINING 5 ITEMS.
CHECKED MY ROYAL MAIL TRACKING, IT SHOWS ANOTHER PARCEL WAS DUE TO BE DISPATCHED BY COZY GLOW TO ME BUT SURPRISE, SURPRISE THE PARCEL WAS NEVER SENT.
I WILL WRITE TO NATIONWIDE MAGAZINES WITH ALL THE PHOTOS OF PACKAGING, ITEMS AND TRACKING TO PROVE THE LIES OF THIS COSY GLOW. I AM AWAITING MY REFUND, PROCESS IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!

We do apologise for the issues you have experienced, A refund was not applied as the customer opened a chargeback request with their bank, which resulted in all the missing items being refunded to the customer. Once the chargeback has started we cannot intervene, but we did have a tracking number and a signed package with GPS proof of delivery for this high-value order.
Very late delivery and damages
Delivery took almost a month. To be fair it was over Christmas, but I had to request the information. The company should have provided the information about the delay before I had to request it.
When the products finally arrived they had been stuffed into an envelope that was too small. The boxes of the design items were too damaged (squashed) for the items to be used as gifts, which was the intention.

Mixed feelings
I have really mixed feeling about this company and my experience with them.
First I must say the products I received are amazing, the candles smell so good.
However, Royal Mail lost my original order (not the company’s fault), I had no response to my first enquiry about my missing parcel and had to chase approximately a week later.
Once I received my parcel I noticed that one of the items received was the wrong size (smaller than I had paid for). I emailed about this but was unable to get a resolution.
I am disappointed with the customer service I received which is a shame as the products are so nice!
I would highly recommend the candles but you take a risk over whether you receive what you pay for.

11 days and no dispatch... atrocious communication.
Unfortunately I cannot review the items as they have not arrived, but the communication and dispatch speed are terrible. I ordered a bat wine opener and a pumpkin spice candle as Halloween gifts. The order was placed 11 days ago and still hasn't been shipped. I contacted Cozy Glow by email and on Facebook a number of days ago but haven't heard back at all. Clearly I won't receive the items in time despite ordering 2 weeks before the required date. Please avoid this company unless you have months to spare!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, received my order within 2 days! Perfume smells great and lasts for hours. I love Hypnotic poison from Dior, so ordered the "red" from Cozy Glow. Not my 1st order and certainly not my last!
