Fantastic.
This is my second order from the company. The order experience and customer service has been absolutely tremendous. The candles were packaged well and to too it all off, the fragrances are terrific too. Very pleased and will order again.

Fantastic smelling candles with a huge, interesting range available! I’ve tried the sandalwood, coffee bean, pumpkin spiced latte and fresh linen and they all smell awesome!

Smelliest Candles
I have been using Cozy Glow candles for a few years and have tried a few of their different scents. They’re the smelliest candles I’ve had the pleasure of using, in a good way like all scented candles should be.
I’ve also been to their shop in Coulsdon and spent too much money on their wide selection of gifts and other delightful things.

Lovely candles that keep their aroma
Lovely candles that keep their aroma - which is always fresh and crisp. The candles last well and burn cleanly, there is a cracking range available to suit all times of the year and occasion ( including everyday use! )
Really easy to deal with and deliveries have always arrived when expected and have been well packed.

Long lasting scent and overall great service
I ordered from their website for the first time last month, i had been eyeing up some of their products. I thought it seemed like the best time to support a small business.
The service was superb, even though i ordered in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic the items arrived very quickly.
They arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.
I am absolutely in love with the cupcake candle and the vanilla room spray, i can’t get enough of them. The candles I ordered burnt evenly and have lasted ages, same with the room spray you can smell it for hours after!
I will be placing another order in the very near future 😍😍

Amazing company! Me and my partner went to one of the stall in Croydon market when we first met cozy glow, the owner was lovely and had such amazing customer service that we really could see his passion for what he did. We ended up getting a few of the small candles and even some wax melts.
The smell was incredible! I’m so impressed by how long the smell lasted but also how accurate the smells were!
I have a basket full ready to order online and I cannot wait to get more from this amazing company!

Just a tip; if you buy candles in warm weather they occasionally melt and re-set in the position they were in transit in. This is normal! Just pop them on a sunny windowsill for an hour and they will re-set the right way up! 😊

I honestly cannot fault this company. The products are beautiful, the Candles are top quality and the customer service has always been great. I receive my products quickly and in perfect condition. I have ordered lots of products such as the homemade candles, mugs and even woofins for my dog (he can’t get enough of them). Poor customer service as delay in…
I had given three stars despite the poor customer service as I like the products but the response from the company has been poor. They said they couldn’t respond to emails or offer refund as with Royal Mail but they delivered it themselves after I’d asked for a refund. Disappointing.

Very very poor
Ordered a mug for Mother’s Day. Didn’t arrive. I was told it had broken and they were sourcing another one. It still hasn’t arrived. Started off responding to my enquiries. But recently have received no reply, no refund, nothing. I would avoid using them.
