100% junk with no clear return policy! Not recommended at all

The products offered are unique and affordable plus the site is easy to use

If i could leave 0 stars i would They are scammers Ordered a jumper received one far to small was supposed to be large but would not have fit my 10 year old granddaughter Asked for a larger size Was promised a refund This has been going on now for over 2 months Read a review to contact bank which i have now done and got a full refund These ppl are SCAMMERS The jumper received was not wool but a very thin cotton AVOID These ppl like the PLAQUE

Easy to find the products and sizes I needed, lovely selection of items, easy to check out.

The ordering experience was fine. The true experience will be measured by its processing and delivery of the product in a timely manner. . Then I will revisit the site to rate my experience and post.

Great looking products.
My only problem is, I wish you would group things by what they and not just have random pages. It would be nice to see all sweaters together, all legging together. It would make shopping much easier and people would probably buy more since they wouldn't have to go through 23 pages to be sure they have what they want.

Fraudulent sites like Cozyscity.com have to be blocked to prevent others from falling victim. On the website are advertisements for non-existent products, misleading info, correspondence is very poor, no refund policy and no return address.

I would not give it any stars if that was an option. The item isn't even close to what is advertised. It's suppose to be a wool sweater but what we got was a cheap thin zip hoodie. No wool at all and even the sizes are off. We ordered a 2x and my husband can't even zip it.

How are companies like this even allowed to do business in the U.S.!? These ppl are complete scammers and they sent me a product that’s nothing like the product they’re promoting. They’re promoting knitted sweaters but they’re sending ppl cheap sweaters with a picture of knitted yarn on it .. stay away from these ppl!! I feel like the U.S work with these ppl to scam U.S. citizens.. it’s sad.

Total scam. The gartment sent was printed fabric - not the knitted garment promised. Avoid at all costs

This is a blatant scam. The product doesn’t resemble the pictures on the website at all. Getting a refund will not happen, your money has been taken and the scam is complete.
Do not even consider buying from them. They should be prosecuted for this but sadly it will not happen. A disgrace 😡
These shirts are advertised on other websites so same scammers catching more people.

This company charged my bank on Tuesday, 4days ago.My bank notified me of this pending transaction, which I reported to them that i didn't action it. I then spent 3full days requesting that this company Cancel whatever order was made & on Friday night, after multiple times emailing them to cancel this order, they've advised on Friday evening that they were sending the order... Now ive dealt with bad companies in the past & have been scammed alot, although for this company to continue to ignore my multiple requests to Cancel the order,was totally ignored, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM COZYSCITY, ITS A SCAM

Total scam! Do not buy from this seller. Item was printed fabric, very thin not thick wool. Arms very short. The image on the website looked so great a big chunky jumper. However, it must have been enhanced by A.I.
