I have ordered the Kelly Gold bag since Nov 2025. It’s says delivered but I never got my order. I have tried many times to get a response from anyone in the company but no response. This is fraud.

I ordered a Christmas tree back on December 5, 2025, and as of today today’s date February 18, 2026. I have not yet received it. I’ve sent numerous emails which they have not responded to and I would like my money returned my credit card actually I used a debit card. I was too afraid to use a regular credit card on this company. I did not know they would send me a few things while I was still waiting saying oh it’s in transport. It’s in transport and then nothing nothing nothing nothing I would never advise anybody to use this company ever.

Total scam and charged me additional international fee. They also prevented me from contacting my bank as there was no evidence of their charge. Marked my package as delivered when it was not. I hate a thief!

These people stole my money and never sent the product I have sent them text after text to resolve it with no luck. I wouldn't even give one star they deserve 0 . All they are are a bunch of scammers. Well they hear from me everyday through
2 emails. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???

If I could I would give them a negative 100. It stated that my order has been delivered and it has not. I am still waiting on a response from them for a refund or where my order is. This is awful that you would offer something and then take the money and not deliver.

If could give a zero I would it ! It’s a scam they give you tracking number shows delivered but I never received! Like everyone else I was scammed. Shop don’t respond either !!! It’s sucks because how can you get your money back ??? I’m waiting over a month try to communicate no one respond ! And people says that Shopify is secure app but I guess it’s not !

SCAM! They charge you, send a tracking number, after almost an e month they mark the package as delivered, when it’s not. Checked my cameras and with my neighbours… no package was delivered. Customer service ignored my request for a refund. What a joke. I suggest we all contact Sephora cooperate reporting this company so they can cease and desist Cozy Vogue for using Sephora images and claiming to retail their products.

Never received order confirmation or shipping emails but was able to track through Shop app - took a month but finally said out for delivery for 2 days, now says delivered but nothing ever was. Website says it will ship out of the UK, but it "shipped" (if it actually did) from China.

Same as everyone else. Package says delivered but never was and no one responds to emails. Total garbage company.

My pkg says delivered but never was. Even checked the camera and nothing was delivered last night when it said it was delivered.

I never received my order and the company refuses to respond to any emails. Never ever again will order from these thieves!! I will never recommend to anyone

My package never arrived and despite numerous emails, the company is just not responding. Purchased using the shop app linked to a credit card, so no buyer protection I would normally get from PayPal either... :(

Warning: do not buy! This is a scam! I never received my package and despite sending three emails, I never got any response from them. Total scam!
