Still hasn’t arrived - in a month an a half. Sadly, I wish I had read other reviews before making this (requested) purchase. Customer service is non-existent.

I received a notice from USPS that the package was seized due to counterfeit postage. So I contacted the merchant and told them that, and asked for a full refund. They told me no refunds after order was processed, even though I clearly stated that the package had been seized and, according to the tracking, which they should be able to see, the package had not moved from Dallas in over a week (I live in NM). I contacted them a second time and explained the package had been seized. They basically said the same thing.

Do not buy from this company! The quality is absolutely horrible. It is not handmade and feels like a low quality moving blanket. I would call this product a complete scam

I purchased a Cat Quilt from Cozzyhomes,11/25/24, which was advertised on face book and received it 1/15/25. Online their website starts https:// which I though was a legitimate honest website. I received the so called Cat Quilt which does not look at all as advertised. The quilt is made of two thin pieces of cloth with a picture of Cats . This is not a quilt, has no batting between the cloth.
I do not know if this company can be placed on a list so that other people do not get ripped-off .
Cozzyhomes.com should be placed on a list so they cannot do business in the United States at all.
I have read Cozzyhomes return polices and I am sure I would be wasting my time trying to get a refund.
If this company is Run by so called Americans then they should leave the United Sates. I am a senior citizen who hopes other people don't get taken from this company.

SCAM - I ordered 2 quilts from the Cozzyhomes website. The quilts I ultimately received (over a month later) didn't have the detail or colors of the pictured quilts. Cozzyhomes website offers beautiful looking quilts for sale, touting "patchwork quilted throw blanket" with "beautiful colors and embroidered stitching". In reality, the "quilt" is nothing like the pictured quilt, but a poorly printed piece of fabric machine sewed onto a solid color backing with poorly done edges. The Sheridan Wyoming address listed on the Cozzyhomes website is a Wyoming registered agent - registered agents receive service of process and official mail on behalf of the Cozzyhomes business. There is no actual business. The "quilts" come from somewhere in China and are cheaply made. The return address on the shipping label is for a storage facility. UPDATE my credit card payment for Cozzyhomes went to KUPLY LLC 530-B Harkle Rd. Ste 100 Santa Fee NM. Unfortunately, there are 25 businesses using that address - another registered agent.

Stay away from this site.I ordered a quilt for my granddaughter and it took over 30 days to get it and when we received it it look totally different then the one in the picture. Know I am trying to return it but nobody has answered my email.it been over a week and nothing.stay away from this site

Ordered a quilt on November 28th. Still don't have it (January 14th). Terrible service. Never will I order from this place again

I ordered a decorative "stained glass" piece. I paid about fifty all in all. What I received is a piece of glass with a sticker stuck to it. Laughable. What a scam. How do these people sleep at night.... Dont order anything from them.

After 2 months of waiting, the quilt finally came...it is complete trash, cheap, thin garbage!! Nothing like the FAKE pictures on website. This thing is worth about $5...but they got me for $80. Trash!!! Shame on you!
I hope everyone see this before buying anything from Cozzyhome.

I ordered a blanket from cozzyhomes with a 8 dollars shipping charge but when I finally got it a month and a half later I had to go to the post office and pay an additional 15.40 shipping fee in order to pick up my package. I tried multiple times to find out why from this merchant and I even sent a picture of the receipt with no reply from them.

I would have left a 0, but that wasn't an option. I ordered what looked like and was described as stained glass. Turns out it is just a printed piece of glass that looks horrible. Do not buy from.

I purchased a quilt. Yes, it was thin, but it was exactly what I expected. It looked and felt as the pictures indicated. I was more concerned with the look of it.(Beautiful fox design). My grandson LOVED IT, kept wrapped in it through the rest of present opening and I think it was his favorite gift. It took a while to get here, but I knew that when I ordered it. I would order from this company again.

Cheap, light weight fabric, no batting just a printed pic with no actual QUILTING to design. TOTAL and COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! DO NOT ORDER from this site!!! Never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life! AND it took forever to even get here! It is simply not POSSIBLE to express the level of contempt I have for this company and the so-called 'product' they send to you vs. what they tell you that you are buying. DISGUSTING!

Address is listed as in Sheridan, WY, yet products only shipped directly from China. There is no "store" here in the U.S. Ordered 1 "queen size" "quilt", and was billed and shipped for two. They added a "compostable packaging" charge, and the products arrived in two plastic bags. I paid for Fed-Ex 2-Day shipping a week before Christmas cause I thought they were here in the U.S. Product arrived 1/8/25 via postal service. The "quilt" are not quilts. They are not queen size. I could have obtained better quality at the state fair winning this as a prize for knocking over a pyramid of balls. Unfortunately, I too did not read the reviews before my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam company. The expensive Sacred Tree of Life quilt I ordered ,resembled a gray freight packing blanket.
The color and print were almost unrecognizable to what I had ordered. It certainly was not made by old Ladies in Wyoming as implied. It was made in China. Embarrassed to gift it to anyone. I rate my experience as a negative ZERO.

If there were a way to give negative stars we would. Terrible disappointment when receiving blanket not a quilt at all. The pictures on the site are extremely misleading. We too ordered a beautiful king size quilt only to receive a thin ugly blanket. Do not buy these blankets unless you need them for your dogs.

Do not under any circumstances order any products from this this manufacturer? I just received the ultimate Christmas gift that I had. I hoped for my wife. And this product is less than what I would have. My dog sleep on, let alone give to my wife. Do not water from these people at all. This was this was a joke to wait this long for the project that I got Is absolutely ridiculous. End a one star is not ask me the ratings that I would give them.I would give them a negative five star

I ordered the quilt on December 12 and paid for expedited shipping. Received “quilt” on January 7. I didn’t realize it was made in China or never would have ordered. It looks horrible. It’s two pieces of extremely cheap fabric sewn together in an attempt to make it look like a quilt. I am too embarrassed to even give it to my daughter it looks so bad. Do not order from this company.

placed order on 12/4/2024 and as of today 1/8/25 still have not recieved it.chinese carrier is only tracking i have and it has not updated in 9 days.no response from 2 emails sent to their customer service.

Don't buy!!! Scam they are prints with a bunch of cheap stitching! I ordered 2 and they charged my card for 4 of them $320 They will make good dog blankets. So don't buy!!! Waste of money!!!
