Very Poor Service
Per company website..... Item in stock and fast free shipping!!! Placed order mid morning and selected USPS priority 2-3 day shipping. 2 day later my product has not been shipped and here is there reply to my email..... "We strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of being placed. I see your order was placed on Monday, 11/28 at 10:17am EST. With the hustle and bustle of Black Friday, along with Cyber Monday, your order was in queue for shipment today. Since you will not receive this by tomorrow as you requested, and you selected the Free Standard Shipping, which can take anywhere from 4-8 business days with the Postal service."
This response is completely unacceptable. If product was shipped on Monday I would have had my product in plenty of time.

Good Return Policy Great to Work with
Bought a CPAP from them that didn't fit. When I called they were very helpful and took the mask back for a full refund even though I had tried it on with my cpap machine. Great company. I will use them for other supplies. I have had bad experiences with other companies.
