Again problems

Again, damaged parts received and very poor customer service in response. They seem quick to make a sale and deliver, but when it comes to sorting out the problem, the customer is treated like a third-rate individual and at the mercy of their processes. and attitudes.

CPC clearly doesn’t care about people…

CPC clearly doesn’t care about people who work 9-5. No evening or weekend delivery options, yet they charge nearly £20 for shipping. I’d have to stay home or take a day off just to receive a parcel. As expected, the package was returned, and now my money is basically held hostage while I wait a week for a refund. It’s 2025 - every other supplier offers flexible delivery or pickup points. CPC seriously needs to update their service. What a joke.

CPC do not have our own delivery drivers and we do use a courier company. The standard times they have are 8.00-17.30 Monday to Friday . Saturday is classed as an additional service, which is why its chargeable. If you aren't in when they attempt , and the goods fall within the parameters for access point drop off , then the driver should drop the goods there and leave you a card.
When the goods are returned to us the refund process takes around 1- 2 working days . If this is taking longer than it should then we need to look into it for you . Please email customersupport@cpc.co.uk with your order details and one of the team will look into this for you.

Amazing prices

We use dozens of cable ties every week in my garage and bodyshop and I did a cost saving exercise including ebay and Amazon. CPC was the cheapest but not only that, their delivery is within 2 days and kept me informed all the way. Highly impressed and saved me a lot and will continue to do so every month!

So you use UPS to deliver They have decided to deliver my parcel to a newsagents 1.5 miles from my address.I don't drive and would have to make two bus journeys at my expense this is simply not on.
Under the UK selling regulations You can arrange to pick this up and return to you for a refund. I have bought many items of you in the past but will not be doing Again

Sent wrong good and went non verbal

Update 6/10/25

Bad to worse really. The ply to my initial review claimed I had not submitted a RMA. As painful as it was, I had done this on the 01/10/25 which was confirmed on 4/10/25 when the returns department finally responded to my request and closed it. So don't lie like that.

My replacement was supposed to be despatched on 2/10/25. This did not happen so I emailed to chase on the 3/10/25 and mysteriously a new order was created about 10 minutes after with “upgraded” Saturday delivery.

The final nail in the coffin for my experience was getting my “upgraded” Saturday delivery today (Monday) so not sure what the upgrade was. Royal Mail 24h would have been better.

So overall the experience was horrific.

This was my first order from CPC and definitely my last.

Ordered a RPI5 AI hat but was sent a RPI5 SSD kit. The wrong item but I can understand the mix up/ human error. Hey we all make mistakes but if we rectify them then no problem.

Contacted customer services whom were prompt to reply but pointed me to a RMA form (seriously in this day and age). The RMA form asks for a lot of detail all of which is spread between your account. Emails sent and the invoice that came with the goods so was effort to fill in.

The wrong item was also quite badly squashed as was sent in a simple paper envelope so they cannot even package things properly.

Then after all that. Nothing. I have received nothing with regards returning the wrong item and having the correct one sent.

Looking at the other negative reviews seems to be a constant issue, this is what happens when it’s a race to the bottom.

Avoid, and order from Amazon. Don’t support these other online business’s that simply cannot put the correct goods in a box and send them.

I would hate to be a business dealing with CPC that has to order parts to fulfil their own obligations as once they have your money they are useless.

Looking at your email yesterday requesting a return we can see one of the team emailed you the link but cannot see that's been used for a return request . Order Cancelled After a Week of Silence and Ignored Emails

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a Raspberry Pi 5 and heard nothing for five days. I sent multiple emails to customer support, all of which were completely ignored. After finally calling them myself, I was abruptly told my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock.
​They wasted a full week of my time and never bothered to communicate the cancellation or respond to my inquiries. If an item is out of stock, they should notify the customer immediately, not days later after being chased down. Terrible inventory management and zero customer respect. Look elsewhere.

Delivery was incorrect
